On time. Hooked up the microwave properly to the vent hood. Took the old one away and left a clean work area.

Installers were efficient, polite, and willing to explain how microwave oven they had installed operated. They also cleaned up after themselves. I only wish all installers were as great as mine were!

I have purchased appliances from BB before in Virginia and installation was always done by Geek Squad staff. Not so here. Installers were from an independent company, contracted out to BB I presume. Installation and old unit removal were done efficiently. Clean up could have been better. I had to clean up loose debris from the range cook top. There was no demonstration of the microwave functions, just a quick operation to ensure it was working. Not an issue for me since I am familiar with the model installed but could be an issue for others. Bottom line, this was an ok installation, but I rated it down a bit because: Not a Geek Squad installation. Just my area (central Florida)? No demonstration of product Clean up not the best

Installers were not able to enter my community because they did not have identification on them. The truck was spray-painted black, with no identification of the company. There should be better identification of the truck and installers. Once the installers were allowed in, they seemed to be nice. It was scary allowing them into the community knowing I was responsible for anything that might have happened. The installation of the product was not as centered as I prefer.

once tech arrived he quickly informed me of what he does not do at installation. It would be extremely helpful when scheduling appointment, that what is needed to be completed prior to appointment. He was quick to inform me that he would need to reschedule, I quickly called my cabinet installer and was able to have them too my home in less than 15 minutes. While my cabinet person corrected what was needed, the tech kept goin to his van to get a snack and a drink. either schedule fewer appointments or employee more techs. and my cabinet person needed to help him with installation, and he did not fully clean up after himself.

The installation services provided by Best Buy (3rd party or otherwise) is top notch. The guy was friendly, professional and efficient.

Very, very professional. Arrived exactly when expected. Got right to work, and they were neat, clean, masked and very professional. Cleaned up after themselves, in and out in no time at all.

I had asked that they call me before they arrived so that I could put up my dog in another room. I never got the call. When they rang my bell I asked why they did not call and they said they did but I did not answer. I asked why they did not leave a voicemail or text message to say they were coming and they paused, then said, "Um, it is a business phone and we are not allowed to do that." Really?? So I had to leave them standing there while I had to get the dog put up in another room. Installation was well done in less than 20 minutes. When they left they pointed at the counter and said "there is your paperwork." When I later looked at the paperwork I saw they had only left installation instructions, no owners manual. Why would I need installation instructions? I finally found an online owners manual which said I should have received an owners manual (did not).

Contractor contacted us to confirm time, showed up as scheduled and completed the work in a timely manner. Work was done efficiently, he cleaned up any dirt and dust, took care of trash and old microwave. All features of new microwave were explained prior to competing the installation.

The Best Buy team had an earlier cancellation and called me to see if I would like to reschedule my installation earlier. I was unable to do that but I appreciated the offer When the guys arrived, they were very professional, did what they needed to do and left absolutely no mess. Great job!!!

Buy total tech Great service provided by total tech. Absolutely loved it and it’s worth purchasing honestly. No hold times for calling total tech as well but definitely worth it.
