First let me say that ALL safety precautions were followed to a T which in my case was extremely important. He handle the complete removal and installation with easy. Explained the operation and made sure to leave the area clean.

Installers were friendly, efficient, and fast. Took my old microwave out, put in the new one and cleaned everything up and took it with them.

Delighted with new microwave. Was worried because I had a downdraft range but wanted to replace it with a range without a downdraft. This microwave has built in charcoal filter. Therefore it is a ventless microwave. It was also so inexpensive, yet high quality and looks expensive.

I forgot the gentleman that on stalled our microwave, but he was professional and quick with the install and he cleaned up and mess from the drilling. My sisterbinlaw came over and will call for an installation.

The installation was a breeze. The installer had the microwave installed in less than an hour...by himself! I looked around at other retailers for this product but Best Buy had the best price and the least expensive installation fees. I was very impressed with the service I received.

A geek squad member that installed the microwave was prompt and polite. He was very careful to not damage anything or leave a mess behind. He also answered questions about it.

I love my new microwave! My only negatives are the lighting for over the stove is much to dim to see anything on the stove top and the buttons are a little hard to push.

the tech support guys came in and had my old microwave out so quick is was amazing. they installed the new one just as fast. they warmed a cup of water to make sure it was working properly and gave me my instruction booklets. Way to go guys!

The techs I have gotten have always been super considerate and helpful. I hope Bestbuy treats them and pays them well. They deserve it!

This installation was rescheduled over 10 times due to a lack of understanding of what we needed. When it finally was installed after over 6 weeks, the installers did a great job. However, since we had a tile backsplash, they charged me an additional $80 for the installation.
