The two gentleman that installed rocked. They were polite and courteous. They apologized for an issue they were not responsible for. They were quick and they reinforced the microwave because they said it was probably loose.

Very knowledgeable and friendly professional!! He pointed out a dent, but made sure he contacted Best Buy as a heads up. There was quite a bit of confusion with my order and delivery, but not with the tech.

In the end, the microwave is installed and it's still up and working. But when they first drilled holes into my dry wall, they took out a big chunk of they dry wall while I was standing there, and said nothing with no explanation. They just continued with another approach and covered it up and kept going assuming it would be no big deal since it would be covered up behind the microwave. Whatever they tried to do the first time clearly didn't work and they tried something else without explaining to me what was compromised. I do not think that is very professional or responsible.

This was an easy installation after all my concern! Swift but carefully done. The installer was cheerful and built my confidence that he was a pro and all would be well! And it is! Happy day.

Frigidaire Microwave does a fantastic job from defrosting food to cooking and to reheating.

We have a very specific area size for a microwave above the range. Our Geek Squad installer worked tirelessly to fit the Frigidaire microwave into the space. He was persistent yet remained pleasant despite the difficulty of the installation. We give him the highest marks.

The two fellows that installed it were kind, did not rush me as I wanted to clean the grease that was behind the old microwave and they tested it and made sure it was good to go prior to leaving. So much better than prior install we had for a refrigerator from Lowe’s.

The installers were efficient, careful with my stove and friendly. I would have appreciated a confirmation the day before and/or heads up half an hour before their arrival.

Geek Squad was great to work with. However, i wasn't told until appointment that I needed a shelf and that since my old hood was hard wired i would need to get an outlet installed.

The installer was excellent. He arrived within the designated time frame, was efficient, and was careful in performing the installation. It was well worth the additional cost to have Best Buy handle the installation.

The two people who installed our microwave were outstanding. They had to make a minor adjustment to get it to fit and they did it without any problem at all. They left absolutely no mess.

The reviews were helpful: pro and con. Turn off the energy saving button and the time stays lite. Not fully seeing into the microwave while running is an adjustment, since that is the only function I need to adjust to... no problem. The Geek Squad installed and are 1st Rate!!!!

Installer was on time and did the work in quick order. Our only question was the level of mess he left behind - which was most all of it. It didn’t ruin the experience - it just left us shaking our heads a bit.
