Service and installation were exceptional.

They prompted me to order a replacement microwave. I ordered a replacement (Samsung) which was installed very well. I am completely satisfied with it. Thank you!

They even cleaned up after themselves and put the old oven outside for me so I could put it out for collection on my normal pick up day. Very good installers!

However, the BB staff misled/outright lied about the timeline of events from microwave purchase to install. Very disappointed in the amount of inaccurate information from BB staff.

Arrived Dented & installed Anyway

Now several week have gone by, and we still have the dented microwave installed and no one from Best Buy has contacted us, other than this review request

I ordered the wrong color (my fault - i thought black would look better than stainless). It looked terrible. Best Buy switched it out for me with out charging me again for the install :)

The installers were not wearing masks when they arrived, but put them on when I requested them to do so.

Over The Range Install
