Installer was very careful and neat. He as able to place microwave without cutting any of my backsplash. It looks like it was made for the space and the installer was very knowledgeable about how to run the microwave and answered all my questions

The installer was so professional, he advised me of safety hazards and told me to exchange my first product for this product because of a potential fire hazard.

Best Buy arrived promptly did an excellent install. Gentlmen were quick, pleasant and left the kitchen enhanced with great microwave and very clean.

They tried to come up with reasons for not installing. First said the opening was to small, 30” cabinet and 30” microwave! After some time they decided to try again, of course it fit.

Installation team was great; called before showing up and was happy to coordinate a time, was early for their appointment, dealt with a slightly unexpected issue very well and was fast.

They did a good job installing my microwave. The only negative is they didn’t clean up the dust from drilling in the wall. But they were also very nice.

The installers who Installed our over the range microwave were very professional and fun. We talked about all kinds of things while they did the install. Great team of guys could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you best buy for having great teams.

Installer quick and very knowledgeable. Explained how to operate microwave and arranged a replacement as it arrived with door damage. Later in the day it failed to function and installer came back the next day (his day off) to bring a loaner.

It was beautifully installed. Love that it can be used as a second oven. The only con when opening the door it appears as if it will hit you in the face, although it doesn’t.

I like the way the microwave looks but I didn’t realize that the door would be so heavy when opening and closing. This most likely due to all the buttons being at the bottom instead of on the side of the door

These were just the tools needed for the techs to install my over the range microwave. No problems. The tech guys spent no more than 30 minutes from the beginning to the end of the installation.

The technicians were quick to replace the microwave. They were done in about 30 minutes.

Installation was good. I did notice after it was installed there is more of a crack on one side of the microwave and the other side touches my cabinet. I guess I can live with that. Overall the installation was good.

Best Buy uses third party individuals, we have had 2 great installs, and one disaster, this was a good one. He installed the range and over range microwave; however, he never leveled the range so that task has fallen on me.
