Prompt scheduling of service. Install crew was late, but kept in contact to let us know a previous job was taking longer than expected. Good bargain with free haul away as a Total Tech Support member.

Dan does a terrific job of installing. He is very familiar with the product (GE microwave). He demonstrated the various operational features, and had to make a small modification to my vent installation. I would always request Dan.

On time and work was done quickly. I only wish that they tied up more the work area. But overall, good service.

Everything is fine. Had to call GE to get grease filters that weren’t in box. About 10 days later I got them, they are loose fitting but stay in slots. I would purchase this product again.

Extension cord is too short for my plug in! Had to buy an extension on Christmas Eve, installers couldn’t or wouldn’t help at all!!

Installed quickly and set up to be used as soon as they left. Very powerful microwave. Gets the job done quickly. Only complaint is ability to see in is only for tall people based on shielding.

Best Buy has the best protection plans and the best employees.

The technician I installed the new microwave, and couldn't use the old holes from the previous version. When drilling new, did not vacuum up saw dust...it was still in cabinet and on top of microwave by its vents.

Man installing microwave was very friendly. He called to let me know he was coming. He installed the microwave and set up the clock also. He also explained some of the features. He is very good at his job

It Made a noise when you hit the enter start button. I called Samsung they said it wasn't normal. I got a replacement. It makes the same noise. it crackles when you hit the enter start button. It Cooks better than any microwave I've ever had.
