Installed professionally and quickly. The team called ahead upon the 2nd installment.

Installers were quick and efficient, [and unlike TV from BestBuy where delivery day was changed four times and I never got the "excuse us" compensitory gift card], they arrived the first time on-time. Complaint: They took away the installation instructions and templates in case I have to install microwave oven elsewhere.

Installation was the best part of this whole transaction. Installer was on time, efficient and left the area perfectly clean.

Crew did a fantastic job! Fast install and friendly service, and less costly than Home Depot (who, even though I paid for the service) refused to install my microwave.

Sorry I did not see this sonner, This contractor team was totally professional and completed their work quickly, offered to come back if anything was not satisfactory. I strongly recomend keeping this vendor on your list of contractors, they know what to do!

I paid for this so it looked nice when my wife saw it. It was worth the money. Just be advised that if they have to drill a hole its $75 per hole. Thats buried in the fine print

We purchased an over the range LG microwave. The guys who delivered our first unit (Mark & Adam) were great! They were on time, put on protective footwear to not mar our floors, and took great care to install our microwave carefully. Afterward, they handed us the manuals, warranty info, explained the operation and answered questions. Due to an electrical issue, we had to have it exchanged a week later. Enter team #2 (Mike & Kenny). Once again, very professional, knowledgable and thorough. They took the same care not to mar my floors, countertop or stovetop surfaces. The geek squad installation service is worth every penny to be sure it's done right. Amazing staff!!!

The installer from Best Buy was Demetrious who did an excellent job making sure that my over-the-range microwave was installed properly. Even though he had other deliveries to make he took the time to show me some of the aspects of the microwave and that it was working proplerly. He did an excellant job!

My installers from Best-Buy were prompt, knew what they were doing & removed my old microwave, & installed new one & finished the job in 18 minutes, including clean-up! Perfect!

The contractor that was sent to install the microwave did an excellent job and left no mess. The new microwave was up and running in less than 30 minutes.

We chose to use the Geek Squad to install our over the range replacement microwave. We paid almost as much for the installation as we did for the microwave. After watching the work they did, which was very good, in fact excellent, I still felt like we paid about twice what we should have for the installation. The folks who came out and did the installation we're professional, courteous and very thorough and clean at what they did. Would not hesitate to use them again but would hesitate to pay the price. Their communication with us with outstanding as was their work and the time they spent in our house. They were great!

I would have ranked this installation of my covered over-the-stove microwave a 4, which would still be a good ranking. However, I have a big problem with the people involved with their ranking system. On two separate occasions I was told By Installers (1): Please rank us a 5 because a ranking of 1-4 counts as a 0 as far as company is concerned and was told the exact same thing from a (2) Text from installer's team which I believe is a third party of Best Buy. I feel this is a very poor way to do business and get the truth of how installation team did. My installer's were a great team who worked together very good and made a small oversight by not cleaning up the mess left behind from having to drill a new hole. Does this make install a "0", NO WAY. But, is this a 5, probably not. I would think a "4" is the right call. So, the ranking system is un-fair. Think about it.
