The installation guys were nice and knowledgeable. However, beware that they will nickel and dime you on every little thing they have to do. If thy have to nail into tile it is extra and if they have to remove any wood or shelving they will charge you extra. They are skilled enough to take apart pieces of shelving, wood panels, etc. but will not put it back up for you! I was told by Hugo to hire a carpenter. I asked him if he could take off the shelving borders without destroying them and he said he could not promise anything! Would not use Best Buy installation installers again!

The installation of the Samsung microwave over our stove went very smoothly. However, it would have been easier if there had been two men to install it. The one man did a good job but he should have had someone to help him.

The install went well however the associate at the location was not clear about the connection of the air pipe behind the microwave. Seem like he just wanted to make a sale.

Delivered without insulation and user instruction. Difficult to figure out settings without a reference document. Installed incorrectly so far I have only been able to use it as a standard microwave because I can’t figure out the settings. It’s a shame that Best Buy installers or undependable.

Great choice. Love the slate color. Almost opted for the stainless, but so glad we changed to slate instead.

Can’t remember his name but he was so knowledgable and installed the unit less than the time I was expecting. Cleaned up really hood after the installation. Completely satisfied with the service

We enjoyed the great job Mark the Installer did when he installed our Microwave. He explained how to use it and even took time to explain the different features on the microwave. And took out the old ones without any problems.

Repair team came early, and did a great job installing the over the range microwave quickly and cleanly.

The over-the-range microwave I bought wasn't quite a perfect fit heightwise, but the installer was very clear on what he'd have to do (remove some backsplash tile) and made it work.

Bought this microwave. Had amazing customer service at the store follow r by just as good Service from the installer that came to my house to uninstall the old microwave and put in the new one! Would purchase more appliances from here!
