Installation if this product was performed well. Even though the first one came in damaged, the company was quick to reorder & have installed.

Was originally quoted $139 for installation when I bought the Whirlpool over the range microwave. Once we agreed they scheduled me on what day I was available which was on a Saturday between 1300 to 1700. Not only were they late (around 1730) but they were at my house less than 5 minutes looked at where they were supposed to install the microwave and said I needed to pay an extra $300 ($100 per hole) to use a "special tool" to drill a hole into the wall since instead of dry wall I had tiles. I declined and they left saying that someone will call me for another schedule which I also declined. We immediately went back to Best Buy Arroyo store and told the representative who happens to be the representative we initially bought the microwave and had the installation scheduled about the issue. She did mention that since I had tiles the installers needed to use a special tool to drill a hole and that it also covers if they accidentally crack the tiles. Only good thing is that I was refunded the installation fee.

It was a difficult installation as to remove the old microwave the screw was stripped and he was not sure he would be able to do the install due to that. I suggested cutting off the screw and together we were able to get it done

The Samsung Over-the-Range Microwave is excellent and easy to use. It has a lot of cool convenient functions for microwaving foods. The convection feature is similar to using an air fryer.

Darwin Ramos was our installer. He was efficient, knowledgeable, and very friendly.

Our crew was great! Last week, the same lead guy installed a refrigerator for us, as well. In both instances, he led a completely professional team, was polite, explained what they were about to do, and then did so in an expert manner.

They were timely and knew exactly what they were doing.

This new Microwave is working wonderfully. We are now accustomed to the key board. It cooks faster than our old GE model. Installation was quick and complete by Best Buy's team.

Best installation service, everything went smooth We did have it damage initially but Best Buy made it up by giving us a loaner until our came in

Easy...peasy. The installation contractors were great to work with. The team of two men, installed my microwave and slide-in range in 30 mins. Picked up after themselves, and took all the packaging materials with them.
