Third party installer arrived at the beginning of the hourly range, contacted me in advance, was efficient and professional.

Super professional, followed COVID precautions, explained to me problem with old appliance, in and out quickly, left no mess behind, etc etc, and they were just genuinely nice to boot!

The technician showed me how my old microwave was vented improperly. He demonstrated how he vented the new one. He also arranged an earlier appt, since we were expecting bad weather on my original install date.

Had two order a second because of damage. The first team did not know how to install. Left in in wrong. The second team recognized the problem and installed it properly.

Had my new appliances in 2 days.. excellent customer service and in store service. Installers were very efficient n knowledgeable.

Very good replacement for my microwave that started losing the displays on the touch screen. My daughter is very pleased. Enough said.

The two guys were nice and polite. However, when I started to put my things back into the cabinet above, I noticed that one of the screws was not secure. I could move it all around. I called BB and one of the guys came back. I provided him with some washers to hold the screw in place. He explained the screw hole was already there and it was bigger than necessary. I understood but I wish he shared this with me before he left the first time.

Replaced older Frigidaire model and better and brighter in everything a microwave can do!

Attractive and functional. Replaces a previous over the oven microwave from LG.

Found microwave to be true to description and has worked very well so far. Like how easy to clean interior and cooks a little faster than model it replaced. Looking forward to same time span for use as last Kitchen Aid.
