These guys did great! Had to pull the old microwave hood out and replace it without damaging the cabinets. Great work, on time (actually early), nice and professional.

Sorry I did not see this sonner, This contractor team was totally professional and completed their work quickly, offered to come back if anything was not satisfactory. I strongly recomend keeping this vendor on your list of contractors, they know what to do!

I would have rated this review excellent, except the microwave installers were way too early...I know what you're thinking, but sticking to a previously announced timeline is supposed to be the norm...I wonder what would have happened if I were not to be home when they showed up. Secondly, I was charged an additional $100 since they had to add an extra piece of board to make the microwave fit. Of course, I accepted to pay since they were already there (the installation service was supposed to be free since I have a Totaltech membership). But what really irked me was that they didn't even clean up the mess made by the sawdust from the boards they used to fit the microwave. BTW, the microwave was a replacement for an identical brand of microwave...same dimensions and all. On a positive note, they were in and out in less than an hour...including the time they needed to go get a board.

Very good product just what I asked for. The installer was very good and knowledgeable.

Awesome product! It has the perfect look. We use this for the convection oven and air fryer and it works very well. We cook a lot and have a toddler so doing most of our oven cooking up high is very relieving not having to balance our kid around an oven all the time. The covection oven and air fryer work well wirh the air fryer able to manualy set temps and i like the controls. I woukd recommend. Installer was awfully. Cut corners. Had to call back to get all safty parts installed and still had to check his work. I've used Best Buy for a lot of instalation and their contracted people are always awesome but this guy was not. Best Buy did me right with my issues so all is good.

The installers were rock stars. They literally took down the old microwave that was a different brand, installed the new bracket, drilled the new mounting holes and had it installed in less than 15 minutes. They were clean, personable, courteous and respectful of our home. I would highly recommend them!

I would have ranked this installation of my covered over-the-stove microwave a 4, which would still be a good ranking. However, I have a big problem with the people involved with their ranking system. On two separate occasions I was told By Installers (1): Please rank us a 5 because a ranking of 1-4 counts as a 0 as far as company is concerned and was told the exact same thing from a (2) Text from installer's team which I believe is a third party of Best Buy. I feel this is a very poor way to do business and get the truth of how installation team did. My installer's were a great team who worked together very good and made a small oversight by not cleaning up the mess left behind from having to drill a new hole. Does this make install a "0", NO WAY. But, is this a 5, probably not. I would think a "4" is the right call. So, the ranking system is un-fair. Think about it.

George was fast, efficient, and friendly. He installed our new microwave and took out the old one. I was impressed with the whole process.

The microwave runs so quietly you can hardly hear it. It has great precook and warm up features as well as auto cook. Digital technology is easy to use. Works great... we love the chef connect feature as well.

The installers were polite and efficient. They obviously knew what they were doing.

The Geek Squad installed this microwave and did a super job. They were quick, clean, had all their tools and knew what they were doing, I won't hesitate to have them back for other installs in the future!

On the one hand, the installation was great in that it went very, very quickly, left no mess and the microwave works. On the other hand, the installation used the same mounting bracket as the previous microwave from the same brand and so there really wasn't much to do for the installation. I should probably have installed it myself but since retiring, I'm getting to lazy to do anything remotely like real work and the wife trusts my hardware abilities less and less. So it was probably worth it after all.

I was very pleased with the installation pro. He was in and out quickly and did a good job.

This works great. My wife loves it even though the light doesn't always turn on inside when cooking something. The salesperson said we would get a copy of the extended protection plan in our email. I haven't seen it yet. I tried to chat with someone at Best buy but seems every which way I try to explain they don't quite understand me. One said it would be sent by email, it showed the email address but it was all in capital letters and I told him that, he explained that it didn't matter, that it would still go through. that was over a week ago, I haven't seen it yet.

The gentlemen who delivered and installed our new microwave were Awesome. They were polite and knowledgeable. My husband was impressed with their efficiency and that they didnt destroy the kitchen. We wish all delivery/installers could be this excellent.
