The vendor chosen by best buy did a great job. Fast, clean, no mess and he knew what he was doing. Pat from Quality Kitchens (DC area) did a great job. He came at the time promised, put down a dropcloth to protect the stove and cabinets. He even showed me how to use the oven and set the clock.

I was notified prior to their arrival. The installation was done professionally and quickly, with little mess and old microwave taken.

The gentlemen who delivered and installed our new microwave were Awesome. They were polite and knowledgeable. My husband was impressed with their efficiency and that they didnt destroy the kitchen. We wish all delivery/installers could be this excellent.

The two young men who came to install our microwave oven were on time and efficient. They had to drill and adjust to get the oven to fit in the space of our old one, and were able to get it installed within a half hour. They were pleasant and friendly, and very competent.

Fit perfect, all good, pretty quiet look good with the other appliances.

The first microwave I ordered didn't fit because of our stone backsplash. The first set of delivery people were very upfront with what they could and couldn't do. So we decided we to order another microwave, which was installed by another set of delivery people just 5 days later. They picked up the first microwave and took it away and then installed the second microwave in less than 10 minutes and took all the garbage with them.

We purchased this as a part of all new kitchen appliances for the house we were moving into. It has all the features that are important and does a great job on small and large items.

The installers were a little late for the installation process. They had a problem locating our house. But finally they showed up they went right to work as my husband and I watched. The installers were very polite and had the micwave hooked up and running in no time at all. They worked together great.

Installer was on time and courteous. He professionally installed my new microwave oven.

My unit was installed by a 3rd party provider for Best Buy and the overall installation was very good. He removed an old microwave and installed the new one. The technician was friendly and professional. The only thing that kept me from rating the installation as 5 stars was that I felt that he could have cleaned up better. He left wood shavings in the cabinet where he drilled out for the electrical cord to access a receptacle.

Awesome product! It has the perfect look. We use this for the convection oven and air fryer and it works very well. We cook a lot and have a toddler so doing most of our oven cooking up high is very relieving not having to balance our kid around an oven all the time. The covection oven and air fryer work well wirh the air fryer able to manualy set temps and i like the controls. I woukd recommend. Installer was awfully. Cut corners. Had to call back to get all safty parts installed and still had to check his work. I've used Best Buy for a lot of instalation and their contracted people are always awesome but this guy was not. Best Buy did me right with my issues so all is good.
