I am very happy with my purchase and the installation services.

Called to notify of arrival time. Arrived early. Awesome attitude!! Very professional install. He tested the microwave and also showed us a few things about the microwave. He then asked if we had any questions or concerns. I wish that he could install every device that I will purchase in the future!

Easy to use. Heats thoroughly. Plenty of options for heating plans.

Got a great contractor that knew what he was doing! I didn't know but I needed an electric outlet installed. He was able to do it and was quick and efficient.

Works great! Replaced our previous LG microwave that had very similar features. Would've liked two lights over the stove instead of just one.

I would have ranked this installation of my covered over-the-stove microwave a 4, which would still be a good ranking. However, I have a big problem with the people involved with their ranking system. On two separate occasions I was told By Installers (1): Please rank us a 5 because a ranking of 1-4 counts as a 0 as far as company is concerned and was told the exact same thing from a (2) Text from installer's team which I believe is a third party of Best Buy. I feel this is a very poor way to do business and get the truth of how installation team did. My installer's were a great team who worked together very good and made a small oversight by not cleaning up the mess left behind from having to drill a new hole. Does this make install a "0", NO WAY. But, is this a 5, probably not. I would think a "4" is the right call. So, the ranking system is un-fair. Think about it.

I’m very happy to have this new microwave oven. It is very stylish and well made. The technician did a great job installing the microwave and removing the old one.

Totally satisfied with every aspect of the delivery and installation of this microwave. (Uninstall and haul-away also.) I was kept notified of the delivery schedule and progress. Aaron and Louis (sp?) were an enjoyable team from the first greeting. Aaron answered all my questions through the process and made sure all was working perfectly before they left. Efficient, professional; couldn't have gone better. Thank you.

the installers did a great job. very professional and neat job. they deserve more than 5 stars, the 4 stars is because of the scheduling problems. first install date no one showed up. when i called they said the item is not in yet we have to reschedule, would have been nice to know before loosing a day. on the install day the installer came but no microwave, they had to call to get it delivered while we waited. again the installer were great but the office i not.

The gentlemen who delivered and installed our new microwave were Awesome. They were polite and knowledgeable. My husband was impressed with their efficiency and that they didnt destroy the kitchen. We wish all delivery/installers could be this excellent.

Just WOW! This is one nice microwave!! I have yet to use the app or all the many, MANY features/settings. In time I will. I am extremely impressed. This rated high on consumer reports and I can see why!

My microwave installer was professional and efficient and came on time

The two guys who installed my microwave Julio and his helper were excellent. They took the time to repair and install the proper bracket that was needed to hold our microwave. They were courteous and prompt excellent workmanship and that b**** of a microwave works. I want Julio to become part of my care team. He took a bad situation that previous people from Best buy and change the whole outlook of the way I see total tech care . They did one hell of a job.

Installation crew and process went extremely well. Completed in 25 minutes. Only quirk was they left assuming the slide in vent covers were in place. They returned immediately and had found the vent filters in bottom of the box. Took less than 2 minutes for them to slide the two stainless steel vent filters. As for the removal and installation of the microwaves, they were extremely well versed!

Installer on time and very friendly! Looks great! Haven’t tried all the features yet but so far very happy with it
