Our appliances was installed 9/3/16. So far we are please with all of them. My only disappointment is there is no 1-touch for 1-5 minutes but that is our fault we did not inquire about. Other than that very satisfied.

the guys did a great job removing the old and installing the new one . they even took the dent in the door out

The installer did all the work by himself. Very impressed. Only problem is that he did not wear booties to protect our floors. Maybe he did not have them??

The guys came out and did what they were supposed to do. The guys did there job in a timely manner. Had great conversations with them. Overall it was an pleasant experience.

The only reason I did not give this 5 stars was because there is a small ding in the microwave and the installers tried to convince me that it was just the angle and reflection of the stainless steel. (It's not.)

Install crew removed old microwave, and placed it where I wanted it. Installed new one made sure it was a perfect fit and was level. Showed how to operate it. Removed all packing materials. Great installation.

The installer was great! The guy I had for the first microwave I bought did not install it properly. The installer added some tape for the air vent which was nice!
