They installed it very quickly and quietly and best of all took the old one with them Still getting used to the settings on this new microwave.

Done properly, completely satisfied. Just few schedule miscommunication, everything else.

The installers were very professional. They measured and when it didn’t fit properly the first time, they remeasured and installed it correctly.

Installed and it works. Delivery missed their time window, but were nice when arriving. I did not get a call when they were on their way as promised.

Andres and his colleague showed up on time and completed the installation within 90 minutes. The only thing is that the bottom left leg of the refrigerator is not fully covered so you can see the cables.

I've had prior experience with the Best Buy Appliance Installation & I'm still impressed.

Best Buy came out to install our OTR Samsung Microwave. After the installation, while suddenly discovering that the dishwasher install process had left us with a dishwasher draining into our under sink cabinet instead of the disposal, I noticed a scratch on the face of the microwave that had been installed earlier in the day. I asked Best Buy to send us the post install photos over several days to determine if we had scratched it post install, or if the installers had scratched it, and they weren't able to figure it out. The replacement install event was botched as well, with the wrong kind of install team scheduled on a separate swap event from the dishwasher team followup. Not the finest example of OTR install experience
