Delivery Technicians were knowledgeable, courteous, explained some basic functions of the product while testing it, and cleaned up after.

I had to have my over the range microwave installed because of the death of my husband. The technician was very professional and personable, Good job!

Guess what? Yup, brand new and needs service. Thankfully I spent $200 for the upgraded 2-year warranty. I was told that I would be covered for anything. Wrong. Upon making the call I was told there was a chance that I would have to call the manufacturer to get service, but they would send someone out to evaluate the problem. This for $200. We'll see when the tech finaly gets here.

The 5 year warranty plan is great to have since you can't really remove the microwave & take into store that easily. Great to have someone come out to make any repairs without having to drive anywhere.

The appliance needs a little bit of a learning curve, but once you get the hang of it, the fact that you have a second oven as well as a microwave is really a great way to save space in the kitchen.

Even though they couldn't get to the studs because of my tile backsplash, they were able to anchor it. They had to drill a hole in the cabinet directly above but it was necessary for the install.

Had the Best Buy team install my new microwave and take the old one. Well worth the cost in my opinion

Very happy with this purchase. It has a few features that we didn’t know about such as a one button 30second cook feature than can be hit more than one to advance the time, quick and easy.

The 2-man installation crew quickly and efficiently installed my microwave and took my old one, but did not clean up very well.

I normally use it to heat my coffee, and defrost things I forgot to take out of the freezer, it does what we need it to do, only wish it wouldn't make so much noice when it done

Choose this microwave in a kitchen package deal and am glad I chose the 1.6 cf model. The next size up is 1.8 cf with the larger turntable, but the 12" turntable works great for us.

I’m still learning how to use this but so far I love it. Thank you for adding the settings for different foods on the inside of the microwave. It makes it so easy to choose and cook foods.
