It would have been nice to have the receptacle flush with the back of the cabinet instead of sticking out taking up cupboard space. But we are dealing with it.

This is a nice stove. Bakes consistently, self cleans, even heat and I like that the light stays on even when you open the door to check your food.

My microwave went out and it was under warrantee . They took the bad one out and put the new one back in 15 minutes! Great job and glad i had the warrantee.

Fairly inexpensive but... Display is not clear. Basic functions. Looks nice. Does not work well with a 15" cabinet bump-out over the stove.

Came, installed and left within an hour and cleaned up after themselves. I like that!

First microwave didn't work once installed so after waiting 3 months to get it I had to wait again for a replacement. The touch panel is more of a push hard panel, not great. I purchased the Samsung to match my other appliances but am not thrilled with it. However I can't say enough about how helpful the installer was in getting the new one for me, I know it's his job but I felt he went out of his way to make it happen as fast as possible.
