The installation was completed in a most professional manner. Absolutely loved the job that was done. No way could i have installed this myself.

The team did a good job. The microwave is secure in its placement. They took all of the waste with them and left the area in good condition.

The wiring of the cord out of the top of the oven, at least as I was told by the installer, required an additional hole to be drilled into my shelf. The cord now takes up much of the needed shelf space so that it can be plugged into the outlet. I believe the cord could/ should have been run under the shelf above the oven to the existing electric outlet access. This way would not block much of the shelving space. Also a 90 degree plug in adapter was required to further minimize the shelf obstruction.

I am very happy with the microwave and oven installation. The gentleman was a true professional and showed me how to set up the microwave so everything was working once he left.

The installer were very easy to work with and we love our new appliance.

Since this was delivered during COVID, Geek Squad was unable to deliver inside and install. I had to find a contractor to do the work unfortunately

Has great easy to reach controls and control options. Wife uses for some cooking items as well as re-heating. Nice appliance!

The tech did a nice job installing the replacement microwave. He also pointed out that when best buy installed the original microwave, that tech failed to properly vent it.

Insulation was excellent no problem at all with the workers they were very professional and neat.

Tech was very knowledgeable even tried to fix microwave before replacing it, I thought that was very nice of him but it needed replacing anyway. Cheaper to replace than repair.

The microwave needed some adjustments to fit properly. The installer did a great job and went out of his way to get here on time. I would highly recommend him for other installations!
