Outstanding installation in my motorhome. Quick, clean and very professional.

Installer left a part out and drilled too-large holes in the wrong spot in my cabinet. Now I have a gaping hole in the wood and the microwave is not properly supported. The guys were nice, but incompetent.

The 3rd party that installed our dishwasher was very courteous and professional. They went above and beyond.

The previous microwave I purchased died within a year because of poor installation. These guys were so professional and helpful I would recommend them.

This installation was reasonable in time taken and the installer was pleasant and informative.

The installation was not straightforward so the original installers left the microwave and asked that I schedule them to come back. I tried to do that. The appointment was for 2 weeks out based on their and my availability. I rearranged my schedule and rescheduled for an earlier date. I received an email confirming the appt and a reminder call. The day of they didn’t show. No call, no email to tell me they weren’t coming. I called the number provided. They were completely unable to help. I spoke to 3 people in a span of over an hour on the phone. They were only able to reschedule for a week later. I took vacation for this appt. stayed home waiting all afternoon and now they wanted me to reschedule. I don’t have that kind of time. I was then told I had to go to the store to get my money back. I went to the store and had to talk to 3 people there and the 3rd had to make a call to figure a way to reimburse me. All in all I am VERY disappointed in Best Buy. I have in the past thought the company had made great strides and stood out for their great customer service. This showed me a different side. You guys have got to fix this broken system. Empower your people! Fix the broken communication! Dump your contractor! Do something! You are not going to survive in retail doing business this way!

The technician knows his craft well. Installed the built in microwave wave with ease and properly!

Igor & Mel were terrific. They got my old microwave out & put in the new one with no mess made in my kitchen. They were efficient & very courteous.
