An easy to work microwave! The lighting over the range has two levels which I've found to be very helpful.

Installers quickly removed the old microwave, setup the new mounting hardware and hung the new one with no mess or fuss

We were worried about the microwave fitting since we have a large backsplash but the installer did a great job and it fit with room to spare

Installers measured the area accurately, found the studs and mounted correctly. Explained how to use microwave properly and answered questions I had.

The installation was fine, but the Microwave was not compatible.

They did good work but charged extra $60 to drill through my tiled wall.

product was good communication on installation sucked

Worst installation for both gas stove and microwave. My floor was scratched by JEG Plumbing. I sent pictures to the store manager and to the Home Services Assistance Manager. I heard crickets. So I went to the store and learned they no longer have control. Customers must call Appliance Resolution. They are NOT in USA. It is now 2 months later and I can't get a claim because this so called Appliance Resolution does not have a clue. Additionally, JEG Plumbing did not file for a permit from the city prior to installation. It's now 2 months later and I still do not have the required permit and cannot schedule an inspection from the city until a permit is provided. I purchased the microwave slightly less than a week later. That has been a mess. It's now 2 months later and I don't have a properly working microwave. There have been delays in getting the product, damaged product, product not working correctly, still having problems getting in a replacement, and it should be delivered tomorrow. But, crickets from JEG on timing. When JEG comes to the home, they don't take precautions by putting on booties. I had to request that they cover my new gas range prior to installing the microwave. I had to tell them not to put their toolbox on my hardwood floor - they did it anyway and scratched it. The list can go on. The store is wonderful. They do their best to help, but everything has been moved out of their hands. Customers can't even call the store. Calls go to guess where - the same people who do Appliance Resolution in another country. Everything at Best Buy is a mess. Great store, but poor service after the purchase. Disappointing. BTW: the JEG contract covers 3 states. Good grief, I wonder how many people don't know the mistakes they are making and have had poor service. My rating is for the installation and the so called Appliance Resolution! The stove is fine and if I ever get a replacement Microwave that works it will be fine. (The GE gas stove replaced a KitchenAid and the GE microwave replaced another GE product.)

nice micro wave but hard to figure out all the different uses instruction pamphlet is virtually useless
