The installers did a great job but it took 3 months to deliver it.

Didn't install my over-the-range microwave correctly. They offer a 90-day guarantee but be sure to check for problems early though or they'll charge you the full reinstallation cost to fix any issues.

The product works good so far! The problem I have is the process it took to receive the item. It was disaster! The first time the delivery guys brought the item to my house they couldn’t install due to my old microwave being hard wired. They took the microwave back and I needed to reschedule. No I couldn’t! The delivery guys put in the computer I received and installed. This started the problem. For 2 weeks I was unable to reschedule and was given the run around. The week after the company returned my order without my knowledge me permission and I had no microwave. I called to reschedule and they informed me it was returned. I was shocked and irate! I needed a Microwave and it’s been 3 weeks after my initial date. I had to call back to replace my order and pay money all over again.

Installation crew was awesome. Quick installation followed by the demo. Keep up the good work!!!

We have had this microwave a couple of weeks and so far it has been wonderful. Heats food up quickly and timed food option buttons are great.

Easy to use with a lot of automatic settings to sense the steam. Very nice unit but the leds don't match the matching same name brand oven!
