The installer was knowledgeable, efficient and friendly.

The installers were in a hurry I felt they just wanted to get this done. The drill holes split my cubard above microwave where they put screws in . They could care less; what a shame

Works good a little hard to see the control buttons as they are dark against a dark background.

The installers had to come twice, since the microwave they installed tripped my breaker. They determined the problem was the microwave so I had to have another installed. The second time they came they somehow got it to work but I soon found that whenever I touched the microwave and happened to be leaning against the stove I got shocked! So I called an electrician, who determined that somehow the installers had screwed the bracket into the electrical wire in the wall! Unfortunately he couldn’t fix it at that time since he needed another person to hold up the thing so he could remove it. So I called Best Buy back and got 2 installers out to remove it and change how the bracket was attached to the wall so the screws weren’t touching a live electrical wire. So I paid BBb$139. And the electrician $200 plus I still have to have them Return and fix the exposed live wire in my wall! Add another $500 plus drywall repair!

We got a replacement of a newly purchase microwave which have malfunctioning fan. The installation was on time and done properly.
