Just replaced my old microwave. The Bespoke microwave was installed by Best Buy. There was a problem installing the new microwave, but the installers were able to resolve the install problem and get the microwave into the space of the old microwave.

They removed our old microwave, the packing materials of the new microwave, and cleaned up the wood dust and other debris before leaving.

The installation of this new microwave and new LG oven/range was a fantastic experience. I have to rave about the delivery and installation I received from Mark and Nick, who were superb. They were expert, kind, clearly worked as a team before and were a great representation of BestBuy.

We were very pleased with the gentlemen who installed our over the oven Microwave. Have have already sent 2 reviews for this install. I don't know if you aren't getting them or what is wrong. Although, I was very pleased with the installers and gave them a 5 star rating, I am not pleased with getting a 3rd review.

The first microwave I ordered didn't fit because of our stone backsplash. The first set of delivery people were very upfront with what they could and couldn't do. So we decided we to order another microwave, which was installed by another set of delivery people just 5 days later. They picked up the first microwave and took it away and then installed the second microwave in less than 10 minutes and took all the garbage with them.

We had our LG microwave professionally installed when delivered. It would have taken me longer to do it myself. The 2 installers were so quick since they do this frequently. They unpacked & hauled away the packing the boxes along with the microwave & we were ready to use our new microwave…It’s completely worth the extra cost.
