It's great to get everything done in one place. At Best Buy we were able to purvhase our microwave, have it installed & have the old one hauled away. The installers were right on time. They let us know in advance they were on the way. That was good to know. They arrived. Did their job perfectly & were freindly & courteous. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Two techs installed the over the range microwave. I made sure there was good room for them to bring the product in, set it down, and move around to work. Both were very nice, knowledgeable, and showed me the basic use. They also disposed of my old microwave. I highly recommend this service!

Fast installation/ no modifications needed On time delivery

We purchased a Samsung Microwave approximately 4 years ago along with the 5 year protection from the Geek squad. From one day to the next, our microwave stopped working. I called the Geek Squad and after a couple of individual calls, they ended up crediting me back the original price and I was able to go in to the store and get an upgrade from the original for a minor difference in price. They came out a couple of days later and delivered/installed, and picked up/removed the old one in less than 30 minutes. Everything worked out great and I am covered for another 5 years.

I had a microwave installation. It could not have been any easier than it was. Two gentlemen arrived on time. They were very friendly, professional and installed the microwave so quickly! It was perfect! The little mess there was, was cleaned up by them and they were on their way to their next job.

The installation crew were excellent very professional they came right in and went to work removed the old items and installed the new ones cleaned up any mess and gave instructions as they checked operation. Couldn’t be any happier

Love my new GE Microwave. It has all the features I need. Although it took 3 scheduled delivery and installs to actually have it delivered and installed, the installation team that finally showed up, were great as was Kaitlin at my local Best Buy. However, the customer service rep that Kaitlin & I spoke to said I would receive a $50 gift card for all the inconvenience, it never came.

We were very happy with both sets of installers. When the first team came, they very quickly realized the microwave was damaged during transit and helped us to reschedule. We really appreciate this team's concern to ensure we had a quality undamaged product. The second set of installers were very professional and quick. Overall, 2 great experiences.
