If I could rate this negative numbers I would! Absolutely the worst service and installation ever experienced. Our first defective microwave was installed improperly with one bolt holding it up. Another bolt was attempted to be put in but when they couldn’t get it in they simply bent it over. It was vented directly into the wood and not out the front. While waiting for the replacement microwave, we experienced two days where we were scheduled for install and had no-call/no-shows and one mid day cancellation because they didn’t actually have the microwave on the truck. The second microwave was installed properly and professionally, pointing out the incorrect installation of previous unit, but was still defective. The third microwave arrived and the installation tech told us we would have to figure out how to vent it correctly because it was not his job. When he was shown how to do it in the “installation guide” he said he “didn’t care what the book said - he was the tech and knew what he was doing” He then tried to mount the microwave with the bracket on the wall from the old microwave and an additional one on the back of the microwave. When this was pointed out he got upset, told us that was not the issue and that it was the wrong bracket and to deal with Best Buy and left everything in the middle of our kitchen. Including an open utility knife with small children in the house. We are still awaiting another call from a manager that we were assured would be expedited. It has been a week.
