I was buying Samsung kitchen appliances. But, I have switched to Whirlpool. I have bought a range-oven, dishwasher, and now a new microwave. Overall Whirlpool quality is good and the price is usually a bit better. Features are good. The door seems a bit flimsy. The interior light is a bit dim. Overall, very good.

I am very happy with my purchase and the installation services.

The microwave I bought replaced one that fit over my stove and was purchased 20 years ago. It fit perfectly and has more useful features than my old one. The technician who installed it was on time, efficient, and friendly. He took the old microwave away. The whole experience was great. Everything went smoothly, and I love my new microwave!

The installer was extremely professional, friendly and accommodating. Only took about 45 minutes for the installer to remove the old unit and install the new unit. I would recommend this service for any homeowner.

Had Best Buy install new over-the-range microwave oven. Installers showed up on schedule, removed old one and replaced with new one in a very short time even though they had to drill new holes in cabinets. Never had a problem with Best Buy's installers.

Although the installation is a tad on the pricey side, the installers did a great job, and were in and out in no time. Had the price been a bit lower, they would have gotten a 5.

We purchased this microwave solely based on the fact that it didn’t have a handle sticking out of it. It works like expected and the black stainless steel really stands out.

The installation of our new micro-wave went as smooth as you could ask. The installer arrived on time and was here for about 1/2 hour. He took the old micro-wave down and out to the garage and installed the new one. He showed us how to operate the new one and was on his way. A very pleasant person and was very neat. He left nothing to clean up when he left.
