    The actual installation was fast and easy since I already had a previous Whirlpool microwave installed. The biggest problem was the installation crew did NOT show up during the assigned appointment window. They were about 3 hours late and there was no notification that they would be late. I had to call customer service to get any information and that was difficult as well. No one could contact the installation crew to tell me what was happening. Not an enjoyable experience at all.
