This is my second GE microwave. My first one lasted 17 years. It meets all of my expectations. The people who installed it were very courteous, careful and made sure everything was clean when they left. I'm very pleased.

The installation of our new microwave was done very professionally. From the on-time arrival to the cleanup afterwards. Thumbs up!

Installers were quick and clean. Was perfect and so easy.

The two workmen called in advance to let me know when they would arrive. They were on time, professional, polite, and had the installation done very quickly. It was all seamless. I would recommend purchasing the installation service from Best Buy.

They did a thorough job and quickly on installation.

They came and they replaced a broken handle. I had to arrange everything including ordering the part and having it shipped to my place but at no cost to me. The store itself does not want a thing to do with the process. It is up to you. The replacement took all of five minutes. The microwave works great once you figure it out. Turntable is a little pain to align back up.

Tech was on time, did an excellent job installing new product and removing the old. We are very pleased with the service!

Good looking unit, very easy to use, cleans up nicely. Especially nice that you can see clearly into the microwave while it’s cooking. Had the unit delivered and installed. Technicians were very professional. Several reminders and called when on the way. Cleaned up their mess and took trash with them. Even wiped down the microwave to remove smudges.

I had a microwave installation. It could not have been any easier than it was. Two gentlemen arrived on time. They were very friendly, professional and installed the microwave so quickly! It was perfect! The little mess there was, was cleaned up by them and they were on their way to their next job.

It's great to get everything done in one place. At Best Buy we were able to purvhase our microwave, have it installed & have the old one hauled away. The installers were right on time. They let us know in advance they were on the way. That was good to know. They arrived. Did their job perfectly & were freindly & courteous. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

We purchased this item, over-the-range-microwave, to match with the drop-in oven range that we purchased on the same day/time. The primary objective was to purchase a drop-in oven range. We are pleased with the delivery of both, microwave and the range. The microwave was installed professionally and we are pleased and happy, but still we ae waiting for the drop-in range to be installed.
