Product is fine, but do NOT purchase it from Best Buy! Nightmare install! First trip out, installed the unit and later that day the support bar dropped down behind the unit. Had to wait way too long for them to come out and fix it. After it was re-installed the door suddenly started scrapping the bottom of the micro, making a horrible screeching sound. Best Buy agreed to replace it (I will say our BB contact, Linda, was amazing to work with). 3rd trip out was to replace the microwave. Though we had a delivery window provided to us, they were early and my husband was not near home. He said they’d have to wait til he got home, which would’ve been about the start of the delivery window provided, and they hounded him until he finally said he’d see if my parents could drive to our house. We inspected the install when we got home that night and were shocked to find the unit was loose and the screw in through the cabinet was in on an angle! Had to schedule ANOTHER visit to fix the garbage install! That installer (the 4th trip to our house for this microwave) said 2 screws were stripped and the one on an angle wasn’t even into the unit! Do yourself a favor and order from a store that doesn’t use a third party service for install! Best Buy is NOT the store for appliances!!

The installation crew was on time and cleaned up after themselves

First microwave installed the door steamed up in between the glass (you can't wipe that off) they immediately replaced with another but this one has the same problem. I need to contact again regarding this issue because i never had a microwave where the steam managed to get between the glass on the door

I ended up installing this Microwave myself. Not hard to do. At the time, it would have taken two months before an installer could have showed up. This was partially due to Covid 19 and the shortage of installers in our area.
