The installer was very professional and neat during the process.

Not too much to say here. Its on the wall and seems secure.

They had to work hard and did not make any messes.

I want to verify that this is for the 1st installation of the LG model, not the 2nd Frigidaire one.. The LG install was very poor. Upon arrival, explained had cabinets refinished & painted, as well as walls, & to please be careful. Upon completion r the “lead” installer walked out of the house without comment & sent in 2nd Installer who said “ I have to show you something, the door only opens halfway”. Told him was unacceptable & then discovered cabinet had several paint chips running all the way up the side of microwave. Stood on chair & chips were noted on 2nd cabinet above microwave.

Best Buy did not send Geek Squad techs to do the install as I was familiar with. They had independents subcontractors do the install and they will not be referred to other customers. Made me wait all day and rushed in to complete install. In rush to be done asap they left gas line all kinked up and in an unprofessional manner in trying to slide unit in they pushed so hard to crack my Cambria backsplash. The whole room shook as the jammed the range in. Previously to the install their survey completely missed the need for a 220 electric line further delaying the install while we were out of service for another 3. Weeks getting the electric updated. No range for 2 months as they took our old one and left the new uninstalled unit sitting in our family room. Best Buy needs to evaluate how to solve the install problem and get their Geek Squad team certified in SC.

resolved non-standard installation problem without charge

Guy came and determined that our trim around the cabinets was great n his way and my mother n law was home and could nothing about it so he left. Had to reschedule and when he went to install the product it was damaged. The 3rd tim he was able to install it.

The fan will not cut off if it gets to hot from the stove below

I an conflicted about paying $129. The install used existing wall mount so it was two screws (existing holes) and plug into the wall. Otherwise it was a nice install. The price should have been reduced by installer.

I was torn between this very basic microwave and one that was more than twice as much with an air fryer, but I didn't pull the trigger on the better model. This is a very basic microwave and it works, I have nothing bad to say about it, but I wish I had upgraded to the air fryer one.
