    They dropped off the microwave but because the plug was not in an exact spot they did not install. They did not inform me that I could get an install refund. They were two hours late on the delivery.

    Had to have them back to replace the microwave because apparently the bracket screw broke off (2x) not sure if it was installed or appliance issue.

    Sadly this will be the last time I order appliances from BestBuy with installation services. Microwave was supposed to be delivered on a Friday between 12 and 8pm. BestBuy Geek Squad customer service called around 5:30pm advising that the driver had a "flat tire" and it could be 90 minutes before they got back on the road. They couldn't really advise on a time but they did offer to be the first stop first thing on Saturday morning between 8 and 9am. I was OK with this. On Saturday I get a call at 8:50 from the driver saying that he's still about 20 mins out and that he had encountered heavy traffic. I told him to forget about it as I was all set duty with hearing excuses as to why he wasn't here when he was supposed to be. To make matters worse my order was marked as "delivered" in the system so after sending an hour with best buy customer service, being routed at least four times, and speaking to a supervisor, then only to be told that I would have to wait 48 hours before they could process the refund as there was no way to process it because the order was showing delivered. Never again!

    installed quick but people doing it were rough installation fee more expensive than the price of the product

    Whirlpool Microwave failed installation

    The Installers for the Whirlpool Microwave I purchased were unable to install the Microwave on the Dec 30th install date. I will suggest that this is due to the Installers being "unskilled" at following the Installation instructions. The 2 options the Installers provided were to leave it behind un-installed at our home or to return the Microwave to the Best Buy store. I told them to leave it behind. The Installers told me they would make a report and I would be contacted concerning the installation. No such contact occurred, so I installed the Microwave myself. I called Total Tech last week to make a report and ask that this issue be made "right" as I had to take time off of work to do the installation myself. I was told by the Total Tech Rep that a member of the "management team" would contact me about this issue. This contact from the "management team" also never happened. I am to say the least extremely disappointed

    HORRIBLE !!! ordered Kitchen appliances in Jun, Finally got all working end of September. Best buys service and repair is HORRIBLE. we purchased all new appliances for the Kitchen. The microwave came DOA. BLOWER sounded like a jet engine motor. Had to wait 2 months for repair/replacement. 2 months later replaced Microwave did not even turn on, had the installers put the old noisy one back. rescheduled another repair/replacement. 10 days later they showed up with a new Dishwasher (Nothing wrong with our dishwasher) and 3 days of phone-email tag. scheduled another repair/replace. service tech showed up and asked where the new Microwave was. (No F'n idea, I thought he was bringing it) 5th missed day of work. finally, MONTHS and MONTHS later. we now have a working microwave. HORRIBLE. 5 repair days. 5 missed days of work. installers were nice, and professional. however BESTBuy total care. is severly lacking

    The first unit did NOT function properly. It did everything EXCEPT cooking anything. This unit was replaced 12 days larer. It is possible the installer forgot to actually try to heat something but instead ran it without something in it! This could have damaged it, but maybe it was already defective.

    Not your fault, but microwave could again not be installed. Waiting another week to get the microwave installed. It would be helpful to have someone closer than Columbus to do installs. Also helpful if first delivery and installer would have enough knowledge to tell us all issues the first time delivery was attempted. We are a month and two weeks from delivery and still no installed and functioning microwave.

    The over the range microwave installation was done very poorly at my mothers house. The product itself worked very well, however it appears the guys that came failed to install it correctly and the microwave started smoking in our kitchen. My dad has to rip it off before the smoking intensified. A second crew had to come into fix it. Will he contacting Best Buy to inform them of what happened

    I canceled this service so there is nothing to review. If you want thi change time or day, you have to go unti store or call and that's very inconvenient

    We received numerous calls, texts and emails about the date for delivery and installation, many with conflicting times. Initially, a call was received asking to change the date which we agreed to do. Then, the morning of delivery we were told the microwave was not at the warehouse and we’d need to contact the store for a new delivery date. Once that was done, everything went as promised. We were also told we’d get a “Make it Right” item and we are yet to receive that.

    The guys installing it cut out way more of the bottom of the cabinet over the microwave than needed. Not really visible but could become a structural issue down the road

    First scheduled install I received confirmation and no one showed up (took a day off from work) Second scheduled install I received confirmation and then there was a flood in the warehouse and they had to cancel (took a day off from work) Third scheduled install they actually showed up and left wood shavings on my stove and counter BUT it was installed

    Microwave door does not sit flush. It sits appx 1/8 inch above rest of microwave. They replaced it and the replacement is the exact same.

    Microwave still tilted as the previous one was. We were told in advance installers would sanitarily clean all surfaces once they were done and they didn't clean anything. They draped a filthy furniture blanket over the stove to protect its surface, but did not clean stove or surrounding counters when blanket was removed. Would prefer Best Buy's own installers rather than these 3rd parties. 2nd time 3rd time installers screwed up.
