    Their measurements were not quite precise and they had to drill additional holes to attach the microwave to the cabinet.

    No choice in doing this. The installers did a good job taking out the old one, putting in the new one. But its pricey, wish there were some specials for Elite Plus or certain sales.

    Because we chose to pay for installation we could not get delivery for 6 days after purchase. Not happy about that. However, that said, they did deliver when they said they would.

    The installation crew installed the mounting bracket for the microwave and it was not level. I had to point this out to them which should not be the case if they were more careful.

    I was a little disappointed the microwave installation. The microwave has a forward lean. I'm concerned this may damage the door when we open it.

    So the guys arrived to install my replacement microwave...the removed the defective one and installed the new one...however the new microwave was dead out of the box...maybe you should have tried it out before installing it...just an idea. So they took that microwave and the one they removed and left me without a microwave (The other one did work the #7 button would be pushed without anyone pushing it). The install guy said I'm gonna see what you need to do in order to get another microwave ordered and I'll call you and let you know. 3 hours later no call so I call him....hey what do I need to do to get this process rolling...he responded, "I'm on my last install for the day I'll call you when I get to the store to let you know." 5 hours later no call. (this was a Friday) Monday I called the store manager who attempted to explain to my the process but didn't seem to really know himself. 3 days later I check online and all I see is order processing. I contact Best Buy and tell them I just need another microwave. 2 days later no change in my order status and no contact from Best Buy. I finally go in to Best Buy and cancel my order after arguing with the Geek Squad employee who flat told me they couldn't cancel my order in the store, without even looking it up on the computer....Best Buy simply does not care once they have your money....I would purchase electronics from Walmart, Sam's, Lowe's or Home Depot before going to Best Buy again.

    MN Plumbing and Home Services is a terrible contractor. Do not use Best Buy installation services for this. The tech slammed in the microwave and didn't line it up. He didn't install the vent flange stating that it didn't line up. The the microwave was placed crooked on the rear wall mount with only one side locked in. He was so hurried, he did not care of take any time or attention to details. When he left, I took the microwave down, installed the proper vent flange and lined it up properly with the wall bracket and completely reinstalled it. I'll be reaching out to Best Buy customer service for a refund for the installation. I don't even want those clowns back in my house.

    Multiple attempts for install made by third party were a disaster. Finally the geek squad did the install and did so professionally.

    You really need to have this installed because it is a bit difficult for a homeowner. And it was a good thing because the microwave was dead and didn't work.... but ... the installer was supposed to get things all worked out with Best Buy so that I could get a replacement - after waiting a few weeks with nothing we had to call Best Buy directly and they didn't have any record that the installer reported the problem. So... I recommend it, but I'm not thrilled with the service.

    Button panel has no light, except clock light. Impossible to see unless kitchen light is on.

    Friendly people but if I wanted local handymen, I'd pay someone I knew. Didn't have the correct tools. Left a mess. Used an existing hole for a screw that goes into the top of the microwave but drilled on an angle and messed up the hole. The microwave makes a rattling noise when the fan turns on so I have to replace it and now I have to uninstall and install either myself or someone I know to help but I also have to get a 2x4 to replace the one I had so the hole can be screwed straight thanks to these two. They 'manhandled' the microwave which was making me cringe. The vent that attaches to the top of the microwave and leads to the roof, I don't even know if it's attached. If it is, it's probably not secure. Best Buy could definitely benefit by getting someone professional to do these types of jobs. If had to pay for this, which I would have if I weren't total tech, I would be on fire right now.

    I was a little bummed with all of this...the first crew that brought the microwave (very nice guys) removed my old microwave but couldn't get the new one installed because of cabinet fillers. I had to return to store next day where I got instructions and a different crew came a few days later and installed. Minor scratch on top of microwave now as well

    I purchase a microwave and still no installation. The microwave is still seating in my kitchen floor waiting for the FREE INSTALLATION. The microwave was deliver but they needed to come back to finish the installation. I have called 3 times and the finally scheduled for yesterday. Took my day off and no one showed up as they say between 1-3. When I called they said they did not come because the microwave. Had not arrived when in fact it was already in my hou. They would not come back even though 330pm. I called and begged since it is Easter weekend and they would not do it. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!

    Scheduling was extremely disappointing(poor communication, unreliable). Installation crew was amazing, respectfully, efficient, clean and professional. They deserve 5 stars.

    Guys were nice but refused to install the microwave. The cabinet above was only assessable from above vs the standard “thru the door” way. It was a “non-standard” installation. Had no idea what the definition of “standard” was. I ended up just doing it myself.

    Installers appeared to be in a hurry despite the fact that I allowed them to come an hour before their appointment time. They did not explain the basic operation of the unit. There is cold air coming inside at the vent opening. I suspect insulation should have been inserted before installation.

    0 stars! I never got the item I ordered and paid for on 3/9/23 because someone neglected to put it on the truck on 3/24 when it was supposed to be installed. I was then told I had to wait til 4/4 and even after 3 hours on the phone with customer service and Geek Squad, no one would help me to get a better date, even though the item was in stock on 3/28. On 4/4, I was told it would be installed between noon and 3 pm. That time passed and I never even got a call that the same thing was happening again! My item was left at the warehouse a second time after I patiently waited through 2 failed deliveries. I cancelled the order and I will never buy another product from Best Buy again. I have informed all of my friends and family about this outrageously shabby treatment and poor customer service.
