The service was great. He took time to make sure it was secured. The job wasn’t easy as he had to secure the microwave by himself.

My microwave install went quickly and smoothly. The gentlemen called a few minutes before they arrived, during the pre-scheduled window. They were friendly, careful and thorough, making sure it worked properly before leaving and asking if I had any questions.

The installation of our new microwave was done very professionally. From the on-time arrival to the cleanup afterwards. Thumbs up!

The actual installation of the replacement microwave was great. The issue was the 3 weeks wait and the 5 phone calls to the Geek Squad to get the service scheduled. The process was confusing and even though most of the call center staff was very nice, it was frustrating to have to request the replacement three times before it was resolved. Glad we have total tech support.

The two men sent to do the installation arrived and it installed in less than hour. They worked efficiently, and did a good job of cleaning up. They also removed the old microwave that was replaced. Couldn't ask for better service.

Installers called to ask if they could come early as they were in the area. They certainly knew what they were doing. They quickly installed the microwave leaving the area as clean as before.

The team were careful and polite, the installation took less than 10 minutes, and the team walked me through the use of the appliance. Easiest delivery/installation I've ever experienced.

Excellent installation for my over the range microwave.

The communication from the installers themselves (not BestBuy customer service) was a bit spotty, but the installers who showed up and did the work did a great job and everything went smoothly. Also, the price was reasonable and I am very happy with how things turned out.
