Love my new GE Microwave. It has all the features I need. Although it took 3 scheduled delivery and installs to actually have it delivered and installed, the installation team that finally showed up, were great as was Kaitlin at my local Best Buy. However, the customer service rep that Kaitlin & I spoke to said I would receive a $50 gift card for all the inconvenience, it never came.

Quick and professional installation. Very convenient and easy to book. Quality work. Would use again.

The installers did not have the proper tools to install the microwave oven mounting bracket to the granite backsplash. They had to leave to go out a buy a hammer drill, which was not the right tool. They ultimately got it installed and it looks good, but the process was nerve wracking.

Kaipo and Arnold worked so well as a team. Each had his defined tasks and worked quickly and efficiently. They had a lot to do to get the microwave installed as we had new cabinets. It took awhile but they still finished 3 installations in less than the 2 hour window allowed. They were so polite and friendly and showed us everything we needed to know. They are great employees!

The installation was quick and efficient. The technician ensured the microwave was securely mounted and properly aligned, making sure it was safely connected to the power supply. He also made sure everything was level and tested the microwave to ensure it was working perfectly. I appreciated that he cleaned up afterward, leaving the area tidy and without any mess.

We purchased a Samsung Microwave approximately 4 years ago along with the 5 year protection from the Geek squad. From one day to the next, our microwave stopped working. I called the Geek Squad and after a couple of individual calls, they ended up crediting me back the original price and I was able to go in to the store and get an upgrade from the original for a minor difference in price. They came out a couple of days later and delivered/installed, and picked up/removed the old one in less than 30 minutes. Everything worked out great and I am covered for another 5 years.

THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH THE FIRST INSTALLATION, I HAD TO CALL FOR SERVICE. THE MICRO WAS NOT LEVELED AT THE BACK OF THE WALL, CREATING THE DOOR TO MOVE WHEN OPENED, THE INSTALLERS REMOVED THE MICRO AND ADDJUTED THE BACK OF THE WALL WITH A NEW BRACKET MAKING THE MICRO LEVELED AND THE DOOR WHEN OPENED DID NOT SWAY.

The two installers were extremely knowledgeable and proficient. It was literally a matter of minutes for them to install a new microwave and dishwasher. Both had a sense of humor. There were no errors, no mess and it was a very smooth process.

I love this microwave! It has features I haven't tried yet. I'm pleased with this purchase.

Installers called to ask if they could come early as they were in the area. They certainly knew what they were doing. They quickly installed the microwave leaving the area as clean as before.

Smooth installation. Had to wait a long time to get an appointment but delivery and installation went well and microwave works great.

Install was great and quick. Only reason not 5 starts is arrival was at 7 for a 10 to 2 window based on geography around largest man made lake east of Mississippi and not the installer's error. I missed a personal appointment that evening.

The fact that your people come to our home and are so gracious and polite is rare and very much appreciated

Excellent scheduling and service. I was advised they would do installation only a couple days after purchase...VERY good news! Other stores were quoting up to two weeks! Got a call when they were on their way. Installers were very cordial and careful when removing the old microwave. Installation was done quickly and expertly. Was given instructions on use, clean up was done and they left. GREAT SERVICE! Total Tech Support is well worth it!
