Installation was perfect, went without hitch. looks great.

The two installers were extremely knowledgeable and proficient. It was literally a matter of minutes for them to install a new microwave and dishwasher. Both had a sense of humor. There were no errors, no mess and it was a very smooth process.

We purchased this item, over-the-range-microwave, to match with the drop-in oven range that we purchased on the same day/time. The primary objective was to purchase a drop-in oven range. We are pleased with the delivery of both, microwave and the range. The microwave was installed professionally and we are pleased and happy, but still we ae waiting for the drop-in range to be installed.

I love this microwave very sleek and matches my new kitchen aid range. The microwave is very quiet. And I love how you can adjust the exhaust fan from low to high.

Install was great and quick. Only reason not 5 starts is arrival was at 7 for a 10 to 2 window based on geography around largest man made lake east of Mississippi and not the installer's error. I missed a personal appointment that evening.

I had a Frigidaire over the range microwave for 18 years which worked fine until mid March this year. I purchased another Figidaire over the range microwave at Best Buy the end of March to replace it. The new one is just as wondeful as the last one. Besst Buy delivered it on time and installed it perfectly.

Beautiful addition to our kitchen, works great and has features that are really useful such as the ability to soften hard butter. Reheats a cup of coffee to perfection.

The installers did not have the proper tools to install the microwave oven mounting bracket to the granite backsplash. They had to leave to go out a buy a hammer drill, which was not the right tool. They ultimately got it installed and it looks good, but the process was nerve wracking.
