    Don’t know where to begin. Always had pretty good experiences with Best Buy. I purchased the microwave and stove for a new home we had just bought. Installers came on time and about 15 minute in advised the microwave would not fit and they would return it. All fine. It has now been over a month and no refund for the returned microwave, status is still listed as delivered and customer service is useless. Each person (we’ve spoken to 9 so far) has said wait 3 days it’s taken care of, until the 4th or 5th when we call back and that person tells us it’s been delivered and nothing was done and the process starts over. We have disputed it with the credit card company but it’s a Best Buy card through CitiBank so let’s see how this goes

    I had three appointments and three appointments where MISSED! I am VERY upset. I have called the Best Buy call center many times and they were NOT very good at helping me get the microwave installed. They were rude. The more times I called to find out where the installer was the worst the customer service was. They were going to give me a week installation time frame. Mind you every time I waited 12 hours for them to show up! Finally I called a friend and I installed the microwave MYSELF! That’s NOT why I pay to be a Best Buy Total Tech Service Member.

    Microwave Installation Resulted in Drain Damage

    I got my microwave installed before labor day '17 and every was ok. Then my mom and sister noticed that some water was leaking from behind it and onto my new oven range. I flushed one of the toilets upstairs and they noticed that the water was streaming down my wall. I called a plumber and the geek squad installer to uninstall the microwave, repair the drain that he put a hole dead center into, then put it back up. The total to repair the drain was $700. I complained on Twitter and some Best Buy rep told me to contact Sedgeway claims to get my reimbursement. The lady handling my case called once and never again. I've called her multiple times as well as her boss and geek squad and no one will help me. Next week I will be filling out a small claims against them. Before you drill into someone's wall, you should use a stud finder. This guy just knocked on the wall and started drilling... I will never use them for mounting services ever again.

    Installers did not do a proper installation and need to return to completed the job. Microwave looks beautiful and complements the other appliances. Works really well and still learning about the other features

    Installation was quick and courteous, but they installed part of the microwave incorrectly, which caused it to malfunction. Thankfully I was able to diagnose and fix the problem myself without having to get someone out again.

    this install comes after Best Buy lost part ofour order for over 2 months. The crew had a hard time installing the over the hood microwave. that wasn't the issue. if it was easy I would have done it myself, that is why I paid for installation. the issue was when it came time for cleanup, the installer asked us to use a vacuum to clean up the drywall and wood dust. rather than use our regular carpet vacuum that would have sent suit everywhere we told them we would clean it up. so we paid for a "professional" installation and they didn't even bring the proper equipment. Still not sure what I paid for, Best Buy customer service wasn't very responsive about the installation issue.

    The install was terrible. The installer was not cordial and told me that he probably could not install the microwave properly because a hole was not large enough in the upper cabinet. He installed it anyway and said I would have to take it down and cut a new hole once he left. He also said just return it and have best buy come uninstall the microwave if needed. So it is still sitting up on my wall without any venting available.

    After 3 reschedules and terrible communication our microwave is installed, unless you have total tech save yourself money and do it yourself
