    The total tech service was terrible. The waiting period for their installation was over 2 weeks. They expect us to wait for such a long time after we purchase a product. The installer was not willing to haul the old product. It was the same with our dishwasher. We had to install it on our own. Not happy with their service.

    The installation was not completed properly and air escapes through our cabinets. Best Buy 3rd party installers damaged our custom cabinets but didn’t fix the problem. Customer Service cannot has scheduled 4 times hopefully the 5th will resolve the issue. Unbelievable!!

    WAITED SOME TIME FOR DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION. WAS TOLD VENT PROBLEMS-SO CAN'T INSTALL IT. I HAD TO CALL ANOTHER COMPANY FOR THAT PROBLEM..THEN ANOTHER INSTALLER WAS SENT (OLIVER) THEY DID IT AND WOULD HAVE DONE INSTALLATION IN THE FIRST PLACE

    kept delaying and delaying, went back and forth. didn't show up at the time given, after the 3rd missed appointment, I threatened to cancel my order and the 4th time they made the appointment they showed up, if you can find someone else to do the work then waiting for these guys, youll just end up waiting

    The company Best Buy contracted with was beyond difficult to deal with. They didn’t show within their given timeframes and then wouldn’t stay until someone could return for install. Took over a month to get it rescheduled. The crew that did come left a mess and metal parts on the ground, which we have a dog so we had to clean up after them.

    InstLlers were great...after all their hard work...the microwave DIDN'T WORK!!! So I hD to make another appt for them to come back out and uninstall the Brand New microwave that didn't work and replace it with ANOTHER BRAND NEW microwave that worked....So far so good.

    I had to return the microwave because the guy who was supposed to install it refused to do it. He thought that the microwave could damage the trim of the cabinet. I told him that I installed the previous microwave myself with no issues. He was just too lazy or maybe not very strong to hold the heavy microwave. He wasn’t very professional; I guess Best Buy should hire more qualified people to do those jobs.

    Best Buy totally mismanages this installation. Various appointments were cancelled. I received a call cancelling an appointment, with an apology, with telling me we were getting a 100 check for our trouble. No check received yet. Functions of the installation were often not included, such as take away of old microwave, and installation of a trim kit. Reps called to schedule install when it was already scheduled. Best Buy had poor communications with the installation contractor. Lot's of issues here.

    Arrived with damage from the factory on the corner of the door, causing it to make a horrible sound when you open it. It also doesn’t turn on when you start it you have to push on it real hard to get it to work. Best Buy hasn’t been doing a great job of getting it replaced either.

    I had previously had people from Best Buy out to inspect the site. They said there would be no problem installing my microwave. The installers came out without a microwave. I am not sure what they expected to install. They had to go back to the store to find a microwave. One person left and the other was still in my house and didn’t know he had gone. So much for communication. When the first installer finally returned with a microwave, the two men looked at the site and said they couldn’t install it. I had devoted two days from 8-12 to this non service. The installers were rude and did not seem prepared.

    I bought a new obviously defected new microwave that had to be replaced. The whole positive instillation took almost 2 months!!

    Installation was fine but the process of actually getting that to happen was the most frustrating experience we've had lately. It took weeks for the actual install to take place. Not a review I'm sure you will want to share. Unfortunately, we will think twice about buying from Best Buy again.

    Door is still not even. Had trouble with the whole process. This is a replacement for one we had to return. Cheap made unit but it is the only one that would fit the space.

    Should have been an easy install, but whoever was sent was not thinking that day. Not centered and not fully installed. It was tilting forward. After returning (another day having to take off), there was an issue with venting. They didn't care. It was a simple fix, but explained poorly.

    Best Buy's customer service, supervisor, and communications for the installation were absolutely the worst I have ever experienced. A different story every time; numerous phone calls; long phone wait times; scheduled, cancelled and rescheduled several times and NEVER did they call; I had to call every time and ask where the delivery was. This was after a purchase of thousands of dollars for an appliance suite. The installers who eventually showed up were good.

    The microwave is good however I booked the installation via Best Buy. Everything was confirmed until the day before however the same day of the installation they called me to tell me that the item was no longer in stock.

    The installer that Best Buy sent to install the microwave told me I needed to make some adjustments to the area where the microwave was to be installed, then to call him back to install it. So I got in touch with my contractor to fix the problem area. He said that was not necessary. And my contractor installed microwave himself without any problems or cutting into the wood. It was a matter of just a longer screw to hold it in place.
