    Don't setup installation online

    I've never had an installation problem when done in the store. I ordered the oven Dec 14th it was finally finished mid Jan. BB rescheduled 2x then the installer called and said he had his hand on the oven but it was at the wrong store AND I had bought online. After it was installed the installer found a dent. 4th time finally done. Each time you call and finally get a human you have to start from the beginning with each person each call aprox 25 min minimum. And don't choose the option of a call back - automated call that tells you to hold then says that extension is not available and disconnects.

    Incredibly horrible service with this purchase. If you need an appliance or microwave DO NOT purchase it from Best Buy! Bought and paid for February 21. 2024 and still not installed!! They made then canceled install appointment 5 different times!!! Horrible.!

    After two weeks flammable packing material dropped from top of microwave Apparently, it was not properly removed during the I installation that created a potential hazard

    Absolutely the worst installation! The "carpenters" cut holes in our cabinets without asking or looking for an alternative option- which ther was! They left a huge mess, and left us with a microwave that didn't work, telling us we needed to call the store to fix it.

    I love totaltech but my over the range microwave installation has not been completed since it was delivered in December 2022 and it’s now May 2023. Several people came , giving us instructions everytime and one of them even said that they basically will only be plugging it in. so many failed visits to install. It’s still sitting on my counter.

    Though the installation was *finally* completed very well, the service was a disaster to work with. They arrived early - outside the window as scheduled - were rude when I wasn't home (because....arrived early) and ultimately could not reschedule for another 8 days. I paid full price for crummy, rude service.

    I am utterly disappointed. I purchased this back in May, had it installed incorrectly in June and since then multiple installers have come out and stated they don't have the tool to fix it. I've several Best buy numbers to remedy the situation and nothing gets done. It is now July and My kitchen is still not functional. I'm also missing a microwave and the new garbage disposal is leaking every where.

    I have been trying to reach Best Buy to have this redone its loose n needs fixed!! The installation is the problem and you can’t reach a representative to get done right!

    Long story but getting this thing installed was like pulling teeth. But you think the install guys would be on their A game. One mount screw was put in wrong. They didnt even set the time on the device. Sounds micro manage deatail but it took me almost 2 weeks to get this thing installed with a no show and having to go to the store 2 times! I would NOT recommend having BB install ANYTHING. THEIR SYSTEM IS BROKEN.

    Absolutely horrifying experience Called me at 6am for an appt that was supposed to be a 12-8pm install. When I told the installer I could not accommodate he said “too bad” we are on our way. I took the afternoon off from work which I couldn’t give back so this cost me quite of bit of money for no good reason

    Purchased all Samsung products for my kitchen and I didn't buy warranty for Microwave since I've never had any problems with ONE microwave in my life. unfortunately as soon as one year came it decided to stop working.

    The geek squad installed a $700 microwave and dropped the old unit on the stove, breaking a black stove insert. They replace it with a gray one. Now my stove has three back inserts and one gray one. Not great...

    Worked for 5 days, glass turntable stopped working. Called for service went through 10+ questions only to have repair kit sent out. Was told I could continue to use it. Within a couple of days the electrical system burnt out took another call to service only to go through 10+ questions again to find out they needed to send a technician. I purchased the micro a month ago and have been able to use it for 5 days. I have to wait another week for new micro & installation. Btw the repair kit was never received. Best Buy installed it they should have replaced it immediately.

    Don’t bother Geek Squad came out damaged my cabinets wasn’t able to do the installation after he broke the bolt in the microwave. Then told me they can’t bring a new one for two months plus when I spoke to customer service they said there wasn’t anything they can do except refund me for the product but nothing for the damaged cabinets etc.

    I purchased this item August 2022, I also purchased the total tech membership. The cosmetic on it is very cheap and the lettering on it has come off and it’s only been 5 months and Best Buy can’t help me at all. I very disappointed because I paid almost $500 for this item and now it’s ruined. I will never purchase and appliances with them again.

    We don’t have any installation for the microwave we did by myself it’s hard but we did because we didn’t want to pay that much money for the installation
