    Your installation and crew were fine. Your delivery notices and process was abominable. This is the third or fourth time you have emailed me for a review. I am giving you one star so maybe you will notice and stop this practice. I tend NOT to want to deal with Best Buy because of your delivery system.

    Company couldn't figure out how to actually ahow up. 2 weeks after appointment and can't get a call back. Would give 0 stars if that was an option

    3rd party company installed. They pointed out the dents and told me to contact Best Buy…I did and nothing happened.

    The initial installers stripped one of the bolts and had to have their boss come out hours later to correct their mistake.

    Service was cancelled twice.....took over a month after purchase to get microwave installed. Installer was professional and on time. But I will continue to use Best Buy install future purchases.

    Paid $130 for my new microwave to be installed incorrectly, not once but twice with damage to my cabinetry in the process. No resolution for Best Buy even after Samsung intervened on my behalf. Had to pay a competent contractor to redo the install. Since Best Buy would not refund the installation cost, installation of the appliance has now cot me nearly as much as the microwave itself.

    I blame my install guys, not best buy.. but when he looked at me and told me he would have to charge me more because he had to drill through the tile backsplash and I had to pay him direct, and he emphasized direct and said it would be an additional $150.. I laughed and told him to not bother.. I ended up installing it myself after drilling through the backsplash with ease.. some installers are just bad news

    setting a date was horrible. Best Buy kept arbitrarily changing the date. Since Jan 06 the appliance is STILL NOT installed

    Install left sawdust and other dust on the counter top, stove, etc.. Seemed to be in a big rush to get it done.

    Good job. Could have cleaned up mess and didn't install charcoal filter, so now I have to figure out how to do when I am handicapped with 1 leg.

    No stars. Had this installed and reinstalled twice. Also had a BB service tech come back and check the vent power and flow. Gave up on Best Buy and had to call KitchenAid service direct. KitchenAid installer came out and vented microwave correctly. Total incompetence on BB. I want a refund on the installation.

    The installer, Josh, was awesome. Only good part of the experience. The appliance itself had a defect and must be replaced again. No fault of the installer. Trying to resolve this issue on the phone and online has been a nightmare. Customer reps not rude, but have poor communication skills and cannot listen to a clear explanation and understand what's going on. I believe they need more training to be effective.

    I ordered online so I never saw this item in person. I do not like it at all. It is very large snd I wanted one with a sensor. The sensor is not working properly because everything is either booing over or still warm. The inside (which I never saw) is ugly snd very difficult to clean. I wish I had my old microwave back. I ordered a gas oven and now may cancel because I don’t want something I haven’t seen in person.

    BB technician installed in the wall over the range, it started wiggling when opening the door after 1 year. BB did not install it firmly. I have to check the service warranty.

    worst install ever!!!. It took 3 trips to get it done right. The installer damaged 2 microwaves and my cabinet trying to install this. First group drilled additional holes trying to attach it. The 2nd group couldn't do it either so they drilled an additional hole with a long screw in to the microwave to get it to old and stay. I am in conversation the the delivery company for either replacing the section that was damaged or a compensation.

    Installing didn't go well, our person drilled holes in the cabinets for cord to get plugged in. Also, didn't screw the bar at bottom to hold up the microwave it fell down on my cook top which cracked the grate and dented my stainless on cooktop which was only 5 yrs old. Also, scratch brand new microwave.

    The guys were very late in getting to my house. I was first on the list with a window of 0700-1300 and they got to my house at 1930. One guy must have been in training and seemed like he didn’t know what to do. He had a cloth on the range and accidentally turned it on and the cloth burned in my brand new range. Not happy with the delivery service.

    Not satisfied Microwave broke thru the cupboard where it was bolted. We called a professional to fix it as the first available date for repair was 2 1/2 weeks away. We were told that using an electric drill helped to weaken the wood. It should have been done by hand which the prifessional did. We were also told the microwave would never be level. It is now since professional fixed the damage at our expense.

    Don't waist your time and your money. They will give you a crazy time window (as crazy as 8 hours for delivery), they will kill your day waiting over & over, then they won't even bother apologizing for the no show or for delivering you nothing!
