    Installers wanted to get in & out, quick!

    I was present for the installation and it appeared to be a race. No attention to detail. Microwave wasn't properly centered in the available space. No clean up of debris left in the cabinet above the microwave, on the counter, on the cook top and on the floor caused by drilling holes in the bottom of the cabinet for the power cord and the mounting screws. There was no mention of vent screens which were not installed but I was able to locate them in the materials that were left behind and installed them myself.

    Template was not aligned properly. After several attempts to attach the top of the microwave, more holes drilled into the cabinet bottom, finally able to get a screw inserted.

    Probably the worst experience, bought a new house and was very eager and excited to get a microwave installed. Technician could install the vents or didn't want to Not really sure still and till this day I'm not able to use all the functions because it didn't install everything correctly.

    The installers weren’t very knowledgeable: One person was kind of rude to the other delivery company after showing up three hours early because I’d cancelled deliveries/. I didn’t receive a call or anything regarding it and scheduled someone earlier. After all of that they still have ere not able to install and I paid for it. I had to pay someone else to install.

    installer miscalculated microwave measurements and had to drill several extra holes to finally locate screw holes in microwave to fasten under shelf

    Support screws on the top not uniform. One side has a large flat washer the other just a screw head which seems insufficient. Some drilling was needed. No cleanup. Wood chips and dust were on range and floor. The duct install reused the old tape. A large gap in the upper cabinet was taped over to close.

    Terrible experience with Best Buy installation. The two techs had no idea what they were doing and fumbled through the entire process. I noticed after they left that the screws on top of the microwave (that I can see inside the bottom of the cabinet above the microwave) weren't even screwed in straight. The two guys had no clue and they also messed up the installation of the dishwasher. You should do your own installation or find someone else besides Best Buy to do it for you. They are not reliable and the quality is poor at best.

    Brought my new over the range microwave into my home and told me he had to charge me an extra $150 to drill 2 holes to install my microwave. There is a mounting bracket in the box so it can be mounted over the range, you would think that drilling holes for a bracket that is included with the microwave would be included. I paid my contractor to do it instead.

    I wish I could give a good review on this product, but I already had to have four of them with different appointments and already damaged sonI had to return. and keep waiting for one that is not damaged. I did contact someone who has been helpful, but this problem has been going on since June when I purchased all my appliances.

    The installation was made by 3rd party installers who were rough and sloppy. I assume they are not well trained. It is not always bad to use 3rd party companies, but Best Buy must monitor and manage their performances. Otherwise, their job can be irresponsible because their customer is Best Buy, not me.

    During installation the microwave was not properly secured resulting in microwave dropping onto the range below. Damaged existing wood cabinets and range top. I immediately reported the damage and still have not had any contact about damage repairs a month later.

    Installer evaded questions, charged extra and requested a personal check made out directly to him, and installed the microwave where the door would not open fully. When the issue was pointed out, claimed it would require second trip and charge to fix. Had to pay a third party to correct.

    i have the most horrible experience with best buy after getting cancel two times for the service the third they finally showed didn't complete the job and ask me to reschedule it and chat service rebecca agent told me that he marked it as complete so they are not going to reschedule even thou it hasn't been year since all this stated

    After my microwave broke within the first week, the people came a month later for replacement.Supposedly new.And they installed a used dirty microwave folder.Greece wasn't wasn't the same maker model

    Complete nightmare. Installation company destroyed the microwave damage my cabinet put the microwave up and never said one single word about what it happened I called the warehouse regarding the damage and the prep resented have the answer the phone told me the installation was done through a third-party and I needed to contact the delivery company and have them handle it Not what I would’ve expected from Best Buy I was able to contact corporate and it was all handled
