    I had a horrendous time trying to get the appropriate people to come out and install my product on a timely fashion. This whole order with Best Buy was a complete problem, which is all documented with management. The installer had attitude.

    It wasn’t installed when received, after a long wait for the product and a horrible delivery service the day of the delivery they told me it had to be rescheduled, Fid it myself worst service ever.

    The first installation crew did not install it correctly. It wasn’t fully catching onto the anti tipper. We had to request best buy to come fix it. So they scheduled an appointment with geek squad. Geek squad calls me the day before to cancel the appointment because they do not deal with gas range installations. The back and forth is frustrating

    I did not receive the install, the installer showed with no intention of installing the microwave , I am still waiting on the credit because the so called installer said that he could not do the job. I got home and installed the microwave in about 15 minutes

    I had appointment for February 8th from 1pm to 8pm. Since I did not receive any confirmation I called there was no appointment scheduled. So now I have to wait another 3 weeks on February 22nd. This is totally ridiculous since I already scheduled installation when purchased. I don't think I will be purchasing anything else that needs to be installed in future.

    This install turned into a real problem. They installed my new glass top range first. Then sent only one small guy to Install the over the range convention/microwave oven. There was no way he could do that. So several days later they sent 2 guys out to do the job. They were talkative, and spent a ton of time talking to my friend, and then billed me an additional $225. for it! Will never use K&S again, even if that means I can't buy my appliances from Best Buy.

    The products can be good - but the communication and comprehension is absolutely not. They are so focused on sell, sell, sell... that when they show up to do a job - they leave it on me to sort it out. They should not be installing things. They never contacted me to review - anything about it. I ended up having to hire someone else to do it.

    They did not install the filters. They threw them in the box like they were garbage. I'm lucky I didn't throw away the box until next day. I had to put the filters in myself

    They came out to insrall this item. Said they needed a different crew to do it. They rescheduled, then the day before called and said they wouldnt do it. Promised to refund my install fee. Lied. Still havent received my refund. When i purchased almost 8k of appliances, they were given all info and measurements and promosed the install. Liars. Beware

    I was told they would come install 3 day from when on the day of installation they call me towards end of the day to say we can do anything or install till next week horrible will never buy from best buy again. I was also promised promotion credit which i never recieved

    I bought this to serve as a vent over my stove but the suction is horrible and I want to return it. I think it is likely defective but Best Buy tells me it is working fine.

    The "new" microwave showed up with a big dent on the side and on the front, missing hardware and paperwork. They took down my old microwave then found the new one damaged but couldn't put my old one back up because they "cannot install used merchandise".. Really, you just took it down. So I had no microwave for another week.

    Can't review something i Can't use. Set up appointments twice now to have microwave installed and no one called or showed up. Wrote email and never heard anything back at all. Also tried calling best buy and the store i purchased from is not accepting calls. GO FIGURE! Worst purchase and customer service or lack there of.

    Love the microwave, but the installation was terrible. Left the cabinet & microwave itself full of sawdust and the first time we tried to use the vent setting, it blew sawdust all over the stove and kitchen. Installers left a huge mess and did not clean up after themselves.

    the installation still isn't complete-we purchased this over 1 month ago. The 1st attempt to install ended up with a broken Microwave. Then when they go to install it again they brought the wrong color (telling us they are not allowed to check ahead). 3rd attempt they get it in but it is leaning forward and not level (and dented)-we find out 3 weeks into this that the granite needs to be trimmed-which we did and are sitting here still waiting.

    Never got the microwave installed by Best Buy because after 3 months, countless hours on the phone and too many times for the installation appt to get changed, I had a friend install it. I will never buy anything from Best Buy again that has to be installed. Extremely poor installation service!

    Tried to have geek squad install a microwave. First attempt - no show, second attempt - claimed molding in the way, third attempt, installer discovers minor damage on microwave, installs any way and says will swap it out when replacement arrives, fourth attempt, installer shows up at wrong time (we are not home), fifth attempt, no show. Ended up installing myself. Can’t get BB to send return label to pick up damaged microwave
