Awful

Instead of screwing a new hole, he attempted to force the screw in through the old home with a hammer. Needless to say, that wasn't very smart, and he dented in the whole top of it. Ridiculous. I pointed it out and he said that was shipping damage. Ha. BB is now replacing, it's been a three month ordeal though.

An installation fiasco

I had to hire someone to do the installation. I want to be reimbursed for the installation charge I paid for at the time of purchase.

Awful customer support

Horrible Service

Rescheduled to find out it did not fit. Had a Best Buy employee come out to measure for the right one and have not heard from them since. It has been a month. Horrible customer service

Poor cleanliness

No effort to cover their shoes or the counters or even clean the countertop after they’d left outdoor debris where FOOD GOES.

Best buy service sucks!

Call center no one cares, went back to store no one cares. Just overall no one that works for this company cares about customers! I installed the microwave myself

Incompetent

After 3 hours of trying to install microwave they had to stop. Completely incompetent! Had to wait until 5/11 for new installers. They were excellent and installed in just under 30 minutes.

Delivery guys ... not technicians

We are still waiting to get the microwave installed correctly and the damage that they caused to our duct work repaired.

Installation and Removal Nightmare

Bought the microwave on April 18 and am still waiting for installation. Wasted 2 days for removal and installation teams to do their work and no one showed either time. Will never buy anything that requires installation from Best buy again.

Not well done

Some of those holes are probably from the previous microwave mounting hardware. My biggest complaint is: Why didn’t the installers say, we want you to see the holes & cabinet damage already there if there was any there.

Installation was not completed as third party contractor stated no one was home and returned product to store. Total fabrication as multiple people were there all day. Installation was completed by homeowner!

Terrible delivery service.

They said that I had the wrong connection for the gas, which is OK I will have the plumbers come back but they failed to even put the oven together, left trash everywhere, dumped all the boxes in my garage, never had such bad service from Best Buy before.

Installation Team A No Show Twice-6Week Install

Each time I was rescheduled to back of line. If they come when scheduled next, then It will be installed about 6 Weeks AFTER PURCHASE. Customer service has done nothing about this despite being on phone multiple times for over 2 hours.

The installers were not able to remove my old Microwave. Rescheduled installation for when my Dishwasher was being installed. The installer refused to remove the old Microwave. Had to hire an outsider to remove and install this.

Microwave Not Installed

It was left sitting in the floor. They put a bracket in the wall crooked and said the microwave would not fit. This is a lie because it does fit and still needs installing.

Did not use the holes they drilled last month and left all the saw dust all over the cabinet, top of microwave and stove, Took over 60 days for Best Buy to install a working microwave.
