He was timely and very nice. However, we paid for installation and he was unable to do. The previous owners of the home didn’t have a sound enough structure for it to be put up. Not sure if this is anything you refund or not?

Insalled defective Microoven

He installed the micro-oven. Then we noticed that the product was defective. He took some pictures and wrote a report. But nothing happened after that until I reached out to Best Buy for that. I paid for Geek squad, but they send some contractor for the installation.

These guys left an unapologetic mess and wouldn't give me their names. Best Buy apparently hires third parties to handle the Geek Squad installations.

Bungled install requires 2 month for replacement

In Dec., installers broke a supporting bolt and did not tell me. Door is misaligned and the appliance is out of level. Still waiting for a replacement that is scheduled for Feb. This review is for the bungled December install.

Stop working after 6 weeks

I had to contact Sumsung for repairs. Come to find out Samsung is not responsible for the service company they use. The microwave was a manufacture problem. I had to take off work 3 times to have my problem resolved, because the service company does not work on weekends.

Terrible installation of over the range microwave

Microwave was crooked and and not secure. Microwave vibrated loudly when in use. Didnt align the exhaust up with the wall vent. Cold air rushing in and not removing smoke. Terrible job overall. I wont ever use bestbuy again or any of their 3rd party installers. BUYER BEWARE!

Rude rude rude

Yes they did the job, but rude, also spoke another language in front of me, so I asked them to not do that. It was just a terrible experience and I couldn’t wait til they were done so I could kick them out.

Light underneath does not work

On the current microwave, one of the lights under the unit does not work. I tried to replace it, but the cover will not come off.

Best buy then rescheduled the installation with the same installer who refused to install it a second time. I had to pay my own contractor to do it

Shorted my electricity during installation

I couldn't work, I had no heat, and it took 3 HOURS for someone else to arrive to get my electricty back on. If a mistake like that is made, I expect someone to come and repair it right away.

This was atypical of other installations we have had, which were timely and professional. Recommending bc of previous experiences not this last one, which was disappointing.

Not installed correctly

No replacement or contact from best buy i will try to rrcieve compensation if only i could talk to a best buy person

Horrible service

Had to call other guy to fix their job. During the installation they are very rude when you ask for perfect finishes, alignement, properly attachment of the apliances. Dont recomend the instalation.

Best buy took my old microwave, damaged the new one-took that too and never gave me back my old or new microwave. Ive called every other day for the last 3 weeks and its still unresolved STILL

Disappointed

We called four times and finally had to go to the store we purchased it from to finally talk to someone.

Costumer Service...

Arranged service three times and no one showed up. Every time I called to follow up I ended up in the phone for 45 minutes until someone was able to figure out the "system" problem.
