Fast efficient and clean installation. Very timely and professional service.

My installer from Best Buy was great! The first installers came and left in 5 mins saying the electric wasn't working but the electrician said they didn't even bother to flip the switch in the fuse box. The second installer came alone and he was great! He single-handedly installed the microwave and even though we dislike the microwave, his rating is excellent!

Extremely impressed with Best Buy. From Store to my Home , everything went smooth.. Up graded An exchanged Microwaves An it was no hassle at all .. Cathy handled the exchanged with ease on my part (was a bit nervous on doing this) Don delivered the 1st one An was friendly An knowledgeable. Within a week or so Brad Hester exchanged the upgraded Microwave He was very helpful An show me all the advantages of this Microwave even wiped it clean when he was done ! Great team work Best Buy.. ❤️ ya ! Thank u !

Installer did a great job of installation. removed old microwave and disposed of it.

Kai and Narayan installed our microwave. They did an excellent job, followed safety protocols, and were knowledgeable on the installation of the product. They brought the proper tools and had the microwave installed in no time. I also liked that they cleaned up and vacuumed after they were done.

Guys called when they were on the way. They arrived in the window time that was scheduled. Fast work and done right the first time.

Installation went great. They had the old one out and the new one in record time. They made sure it worked and checked the light and the fan. It was also nice they set the clock. Very personable installers. I highly recommend.

Excellent installation. Prompt and efficient. Removal and self install possible, but old unit even heavier; requires two strong individuals with some experience. Recommended delivery and install same time frame, but the delivery came approximately 3 hours outside of window, causing the install to have to be rescheduled, so a half a day project required one and a half days time off. However, installer on time both days and overall result good.

1000 Watt microwave from KitchenAid. Great looking microwave. We had a recurring problem on our new MW after closing the door and enabling the MW to begin heating. We would receive a message requiring us to open, close the door and press "start" a second time before unit would initiate heating. Service tech had to replace parts two times before problem was resolved. KitchenAid makes a good product but should research this problem. Aside from this issue MW performs well.

The guys where quick with the removal and install with no damage or issues. They took some time after the install to walk us through the set-up of the microwave. Overall good customer service. Note that our Best Buy use contractors but no complaints.

I purchased a new GE, over the range Microwave and had it installed buy Best Buy Geek Squad. They called prior to arriving they were on-time, they put on the protective over the shoes gear when entering our home the installation was completed without any problems and in a timely manner they tested the Microwave to make sure it was functioning properly and answered our questions to the best of there knowledge, I would use there services again for other projects.
