Unprofessional service. The microwave was install wrong, the door could not even open, he damage my new cabinet? he didn't have a clue how to correct the mistake, he did not care, he did not clean after him self. Just disaster, I had to rehire a compagny to fix the problem. Never again, I called to complain no cslled yet, 10 days.

Very disappointed in their installation team. I was not home but they did not treat my wife well. Complained about things from the moment they came inside the house. I recommend the GE microwave, not installers.

No show... how can I rate that? Called and was told to reschedule again! Have been trying to resolve this issue for MONTHS! Issue: microwave does not turn off... which is a major fire hazard. Resolution was simple replace/exchange with same brand, model.

I paid for the installation. Installer said he couldn't do it because of a tile backsplash underneath. I Had to hire a private contractor and pay again. Contractor installed it without a problem. Manager of Best buy outlet won't return our calls. We have left messages for weeks now. More than disappointing.

It got broke less than a year and and I can not get any service .

Disappointed that we have to wait for a teplacement.

I had to pay someone else to install this item. The general manager says you guys arent capable of hiring plumbers who show up. I would never order from or use this company to install anything

Very poor service would not recomend. Moved the installation date on the last minute, canceled the ordrer, had to replace the order, delivered a microwave that has door shattered, very poor installation service and customer service. Save time and money and shop somewhere else.

Horrible, my order never showed up I had to reschedule 2 times because I waited all day, I even canceled other commitments to be home but no one ever showed up. It was a very upsetting experience.

Dealing with Best Buy is extremely difficult. They appear to have ended their own geek squad and now outsource all installations to third party contractors. Mine was a state away in Maryland.

Salesperson was aware that we needed microwave installed with three other major appliances purchased due to a major event at our home. Even purchased more expensive microwave because we were told it was in the warehouse. Microwave installed more than a week after other appliances and after event.

The date given was a month after we purchased the microwave. And the day it was supposed to come they called that they have to cancel and it took another 1 month for them to find a date. It took more than 2 months to get the microwave installed

Only because it cant be lower. Worst service experience i have ever had. XPO WHO INSTALL FOR BEST BUY HAVE UNDER TRAINED STAFF WHO ARE UNABLE TO COMPLETE A PROPER INSTALL. BE FOR WARNED !

This item was never installed. The original install date was in November 2020 and install team said microwave could not be installed due to cabinet width. I never called back to install; I had someone else (carpenters) complete install.

The install crew messed up so badly that they had to re order us a new microwave because they broke something. We have now been out of a microwave for a month, HUGE INCONVENIENCE

They took it back old Microwave, I didn't added haul away services, old microwave was almost new and working , replaced because buyer wanted another brand

They tell u something different in store to sell their stuff/ merchandise and when it comes to deliver the installation squad tells u oh sorry we can’t do this we can’t do that it’s our policy BULL CRAP….

New microwave that Best Buy measured for and recommended did not fit into existing space so old microwave had to be reinstalled. However, best Buy installers did a crappy job and the microwave is not plumb and the door sticks when opening and closing.

Not qualified I guess they don’t train their installers was taking the old microwave out and let it hang on two screws put bigger holes on wall. Have been buying from Best Buy and having it installed for years I will buy from somewhere else next time
