Only had this microwave 2 months and it died. I hope the LG frig and washer don't die also. Calling Best Buy in the morning. This is terrible and I hope they replace it because it took forever to finally afford my new appliances and to think they are made so poorly that they can die in just 2 months time is terrible.

They left dust and debris everywhere. They didn't clean up after the install. This was inside the cabinet, on top of the microwave and on my stove top.

The installation team - refused to come to Manhattan! Wow really- but yet they said they would deliver it?, what food is it if you refuse to install after I paid for the service?

Horrible installation team . After waiting all they called the dm no they are not coming . Found out BB do not install microwave nor dishwasher during COVID even though I paid for it . It was horrible. I had to hire someone else and they did it in 25 min

It’s was terrible they didn’t wanna work. They were lazy bums. And I’m not going to buy there anymore

During installation they left a huge mess with sawdust everywhere including on my new stove when they installed the electric circuit for the microwave hood . It was a horrible experience. It took me awhile cleaning the mess up.

The Item was delivered broken, otherwise it appeared that it would be nice. Everything broke down after that, You did not have a replacement and we canceled the order.

No one showed for my first appointment. Made another appointment and installer was two hours late so I called And he said he could do it the next day he also never called for the next day

Took over 4 months to get delivered and then another month to schedule an install. Install keeps getting cancelled. I’ve given up and have to hire someone to install.

I have been trying to get this range installed for 3 - 4 weeks. The "professional installation team" - were three guys who could NOT have been less educated on how to install an over the range microwave EXACTLY where the older one was removed by them. Three hours later - it was in.

I purchased the microwave and trim kit in October 2020, as of March it still had not been installed. The last two appointments the installers were no shows... I finally hired someone to do the work. Worst retail experience ever.

Installation crew was not able to install the GE Profile microwave. I called Geek Squad and rescheduled the appointment to find out that the same crew was scheduled.

I ORDERED A MICROWAVE AND PAID FOR INSTALLATION NEVER GOT IT. BEST BUY REFUSED TO REFUND MY MONEY. I HAD TO GET MY BANK USAA TO TAKE IT BACK FROM BEST BUY, VERY BAD SERVICE, AND THE MANAGEMENT WOULD NOT RETURN MY CALLS.

The Third Party installer, while trying to take down the old installed microwave, damaged the kitchen cabinet, and eventually just re-installed the old microwave and left the new microwave uninstalled. I have had to bring in a cabinet person to repair the cabinet and get the new microwave installed.

They install guy not only was rude, my fan was filled with debris. The door on the microwave was damaged during install and moves a quarter of an inch up and down. very upset about this install.

The delivery/install service was the worst I've ever seen! Was over 4 hours late for this appointment, made a huge mess and damaged my home! Absolute clowns! All I get is the run around when trying to get compensation for my experience! I will never buy another appliance from them because of this!

The wrong microwave was delivered and installed and uninstalled. I called Best Buy customer service, its been over four weeks and no one has gotten back to me.

The guys they sent to install this were being jerks. We sent them home and paid someone else to do it.

My unit was never installed even though I paid for it. Best Buy customer service is awful. Ppl in their overseas call centers are incompetent.

Microwave was installed incorrectly. Blows towards the inside of the house even though there is an exhaust duct. Installer did not install correctly. Just finding this out due to oil buildup on my cabinets.
