Calling Best Buy in the morning. This is terrible and I hope they replace it because it took forever to finally afford my new appliances and to think they are made so poorly that they can die in just 2 months time is terrible.

After waiting all they called the dm no they are not coming . Found out BB do not install microwave nor dishwasher during COVID even though I paid for it . It was horrible. I had to hire someone else and they did it in 25 min

Microwave hood install

It was a horrible experience. It took me awhile cleaning the mess up.

The worst follow up Customer Service EVER

The "professional installation team" - were three guys who could NOT have been less educated on how to install an over the range microwave EXACTLY where the older one was removed by them. Three hours later - it was in.

Microwave Installation

The last two appointments the installers were no shows... I finally hired someone to do the work. Worst retail experience ever.

BEST BUY REFUSED TO REFUND MY MONEY. I HAD TO GET MY BANK USAA TO TAKE IT BACK FROM BEST BUY, VERY BAD SERVICE, AND THE MANAGEMENT WOULD NOT RETURN MY CALLS.

Poor Install, Damaged Cabinet
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The Third Party installer, while trying to take down the old installed microwave, damaged the kitchen cabinet, and eventually just re-installed the old microwave and left the new microwave uninstalled. I have had to bring in a cabinet person to repair the cabinet and get the new microwave installed.

Crappy Install

Horrible Delivery Experience!

Was over 4 hours late for this appointment, made a huge mess and damaged my home! Absolute clowns! All I get is the run around when trying to get compensation for my experience! I will never buy another appliance from them because of this!

Bad installation

Blows towards the inside of the house even though there is an exhaust duct. Installer did not install correctly. Just finding this out due to oil buildup on my cabinets.
