    The 3rd party vendor from did a terrible job. Installer had stripped one screw and had replaced it with another smaller one with a small washer. then proceeded to drill into the case of the microwave with another screw type. Local BB is going to replace using another installer

    Price charged for installing is ridiculous. It was a simple hook up guys were here for 30 minutes to install. It took them more time to bring the microwave in then it did to install it. If you have 2 people you can install ur self or hire a handyman it will be a lot cheaper

    Never was told what would need to be there for this to get installed so they are having to come back out today and install this. Hopefully they don’t not show up like I had happen when I got my stackable washer and dryer

    The installers charged an extra $50 because they had to make a few holes to the mount that was already there. Isn't that what I'm paying the installation for in the first place??

    The water connection to the dish washer was leaking after the installer left. I had to fix it myself. The connection to the gas range was leaking gas. I had hard time to get AYS to come back and fix the problem.

    Microwave stopped working after 1 year. Had to replace it with the same microwave and the light blew out within 2 month of the replacement being installed.

    A third party is supposed to install the microwave & they never showed, TWICE. I do not recommend using the third party. Find someone to install it for you or maybe do it yourself if you think you can do it.

    Installers left the broken microwave with our understanding that they would deliver a new one the same week. When I called Best Buy they did not have an appointment set.

    Told me that they couldn’t install it due to the marble back splash, even though I offered to drill necessary holes, when they left they took my mounting bolts with them

    Terrible experience. I still don’t have my microwave exchanged and installed. The current one was poorly installed, has damage on it. New exchange got cancelled on the day of installation.

    Installation crew was very rude. They came with a broken microwave the first time and came with no microwave the second time.

    Not here. No one has scheduled an appointment to deliver. They came with the wrong item. It should be installed on Tuesday but no appointment has been made yet.

    They installed the vent with 4" duct and it calls for 6" duct. The vent fan wont work properly because of it.

    It was so bad that I had to get a refund and install it myself. The microwave was literally hanging off of my cabinets. The install crew was terrible. I dont usually leave reviews like this but it’s really a shame.

    Front bracket is broken and customer service won’t fix it. Geek Squad has sent two techs and both say Microwave needs replaced before it falls and breaks my induction cooktop. Have spent days on the phone with Geek Squad and nothing is resolved yet. Please help!!!!

    They never showed up. This was the 6th service call and my Installation is still NOT complete. Very disappointed, frustrated, and dissatisfied.

    Bought this service in Virginia for installation of a product in Indiana. Unfortunately the installation has yet to occur after 3 weeks of trying to get someone to come to the house. So far, four missed appointments, no calls to let me know they weren't coming. Very disappointing.

    Best Buy delivered microwave & couldn’t install however charged me for installation 5x’s & then issued refunds when they couldn’t provide installation. I had to call & drive to the store for these refunds.
