The microwave was installed too close to the cabinets above it. I can no longer open the cabinets.

Installer was unable to complete the job. The installer said he would break the cabinet.

Guys arrived with no microwave! Told it was back ordered. Had to wait another month! Was not notified it wasn’t available until they arrived to install. Still waiting!

Tech never showed up. Never will I use a third party via Best Buy again. Only use The Geek Squad or Magnolia personnel for work. They are quality workers.

The Microwave did not work upon installation, we are still waiting for the refund to process in our account.

Best buy contractors are not at all responsible. I had to call like 20 times to get one item installed. some days nobody comes. If somebody comes they leave without giving valid reason.

Best Buy refused to install after selling it to me and stating they would install

The came, removed my existing microwave hood, and left. Leaving the new microwave hood uninstalled and still in box. I have no idea what I paid for.

Why would you install a damaged product and make us wait 6 more weeks to replace it? Paid in full November 29. Installed Dec 14. Replacing Jan 22??

i really need a technician to come back out and find a solution and fix my vent , my microwave is venting on the inside of the house instead of on the outside.

Install was poor. Had to have inhalers come in 3 times. They even messed up a part ... very disappointing.

purchased installation, contractor said no because it would be a modification since the range hood would have to come down. The microwave is still taking up space on my counter.

We were talked into purchasing this because the installation was expected to be different for this particular model. When they arrived, they used the same bracket that my husband and I had installed for our old microwave.

Microwave very noisy. While the unit cooks okay it is extremely noisy. When techition came he said it had two defective parts that are back ordered until July.

Outside Installation company used is rude and unprofessional

Was not completed. The prior range hood was hardwired. Therefore, Best Buy installer could not install my microwave range hood. So it still sits in the box,

Delivery was 3hrs past the scheduled window. Nothing like wasting an entire day waiting. Installers were rude and uncaring about brand new cabinets. Hope I have a different install company for my range and dishwasher

Be aware, hire your own installer , you may have better luck and less drama installing your microwave

Best buy is not we gat it use to be. Service has really declined.

The BestBuy installation team was not able to install the product. The over the oven microwave needed to be installed under a faux cabinet.
