Received a 30-minute call to advise the arrival time, and Enrique & Luis were punctual, and very professional. They both worked well together well with the installation of a new microwave. They both were very detailed with the use of our new microwave, and were In/Out within minutes.

The communication from the installers themselves (not BestBuy customer service) was a bit spotty, but the installers who showed up and did the work did a great job and everything went smoothly. Also, the price was reasonable and I am very happy with how things turned out.

They came in and did a great job, very quick. 3 people. So, they all worked together to get it done. Scheduling was a bit of a nightmare. They scheduled a time and then called to confirm that day, but with a completely different time slot. So, I had to cancel and reschedule. Then called back again to schedule, got a new time and they ended up showing up earlier. In the end it was fine, but it did take a while to get them actually at the house to get it done.

Your company is the same as the LetsGoBrandon cheer. Your field techs on the other hand are amazing. The best part is the microwave was never even delivered. But your techs installed the one I went and bought at lowes. You as a company need to get your feces together. I Maybe have spent 10k with Best Buy over the last 4 years. I will never buy from you again. Even if beezelbub was going to take my soul.

Best Buy installed a new Over-the-Range microwave for me on January 9, 2021. They were excellent! They arrived when they said they would, installed the microwave quickly, and took all the trash and my old microwave with them. They were in and out of my house in half an hour. They were also very courteous and wore masks. I was very impressed and will definitely hire Best Buy to install any future purchases that require installation. Thank you!

Mr. Abdalla and his assistant were simply amazing. They were very fast, efficient, experienced. I asked them to not wheel the unit on the carpet, so they carried it the rest of the way into the kitchen. They cleaned up nicely, and called before coming. By far the most efficient and hard-working installation crew I have ever met. Take good care of them because Best Buy is lucky to have them.

Service technician was on time, very friendly, knew his stuff, was in and out in a very short time and, overall, did an outstanding job.

Quality Kitchens is hands down the best appliance installation company that I’ve ever had the pleasure of using! I won’t be making any more appliance purchases from Home Depot. Their installers are the WORST. But this isn’t a review about them :) Everything went perfectly with the purchase of my appliances — they kept me updated about the time and date of the delivery. The removal of the oven and existing built in microwave was great, but the installation of the new microwave and gas oven was exceptional. Thank you so much!

Installation of the microwave was amazing and took less than 30 minutes. I was replacing an almost identical model (slight upgrade) but was still extremely impressed.

I love my new microwave. It works great and is just what I was looking for in my new kitchen. When it was first installed it came slightly damaged. They installed the damaged microwave to use until a new one came in and they changed it out. I appreciated their professionalism.

Microwave fit without issues. Installation was quick. Had issues with the scheduling process.

I really like the size of it. Easy to clean. Very sleek, my last one was very old, I hope this one will last as long.

Upgraded my microwave to this LG and quite pleased with my purchase. It not only looks good but very functional and high tech.

product is decent and have no complaints with its performance. Installation was free. This is a replacement purchase where similar Microwave was used. What I cannot understand is that the installer asked for and got money from us as according to him there was no "plug available" to carry out install and that he will have to install a new one. This is baffling.

Best Buy install has been a great experience for many appliances and TVs this year. Can not say enough how nice everyone was on every delivery install. Very efficient and knowledgeable, kept informed on timing before arrival and in every case very helpful, explained well and did everything needed for use of product.
