The installers were awesome…. Took pride in the installation of my microwave

Totally painless and will always choose Best Buy’s in house deliver and install team. Experience with Home Depot was horrible because they use third party companies and refuse to take responsibility for their delays and lack of communication

Smooth installation. Had to wait a long time to get an appointment but delivery and installation went well and microwave works great.

Nothing could have gone easier or better! Professional installers were in and done in record time! Cleaned up and hauled away the old microwave. Thank you Best Buy for such an awesome service.

Ok this is the second time I have been asked to review and the second time I am reviewing. The two men were professional, personable and efficient. They tested the product to make sure everything was working and knew what they were doing, took a fraction of the time I anticipated.

I was buying Samsung kitchen appliances. But, I have switched to Whirlpool. I have bought a range-oven, dishwasher, and now a new microwave. Overall Whirlpool quality is good and the price is usually a bit better. Features are good. The door seems a bit flimsy. The interior light is a bit dim. Overall, very good.

Clean crew! Fast and efficient. Happy with the quick turnaround during this pandemic.

The Geek crew that installed my dishwasher and microwave were top notch! Efficient , careful and wonderful to deal with. Wiped everything down after install. Others were not so great.. the washer dryer install took almost as long as the DW+Micro! And they scratched the washer and used the cheep ( wrong) connections instead of stainless The Frig delivery team wasn’t much better. Clearly had no idea how to put the Frig together & left finger marks everywhere.

They were very polite, careful bringing it through my door so as not to scuff the paint or dent anything. They were very neat, laying a cloth down to catch any dbrinfrom screwing into drywall, cleaned up everything before they left and took all the packing material with them. The microwave is very good. Works just like it should. No problems

I was shocked at the terrific service we received from the installers who installed a double oven with cabinet modifications, microwave install, and fridge. They even hauled off our old double oven. The installers kept the integrity of the original kitchen cabinetry, and cleaned up all the mess. They made sure I knew how to operate all they appliances and were thorough and very knowledgeable. Great experience! I would use again.

The technician was prompt, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable! I took him no time at all to get our microwave and external exhaust working perfectly. Thank you AYS and so glad to have Total Tech coverage.

The guys were a machine. They definitely had done that type of install before. Great job.

Caesar was not only efficient in installing my over-the-range microwave, he explained every step of the process. His supervisor, Eric, was also very informative and even gave me tips on other appliances that were not installed by Best Buy. The crew called ahead and arrived earlier than expected, which was an advantage since my time window was a little tight. The appliance was installed correctly, working properly, and the area was cleaned up to the condition prior to installation. Great experience!

I give it 5 stars if the first unit was unusually noisy. Replacement works well. Nice features.

This was the second install for the microwave. First one had installation problems due to a manufacture defect. The second install went fine, with the Tech explaining as he did the work. He discussed some of the problems with installing the microwave including bolt thread concerns. Sure enough one of the bolts would not go in. He was able to use one that was on the MV that he had just uninstalled.

Installers were excellent and competent; installation was completed quickly.
