The installers got the old microwave out and the new one in place within a few moments of starting. They did good work.

The installer did a great job. The screws that came with the microwave were the wrong size but instead of saying he couldn’t install it he took the extra time to find the right screws to complete the job. I really appreciated the extra effort

Two men came on time and finished the job in a good and timely manner.

These guys were great! They called the day before to give us a better idea of when they would arrive to install the appliance. Day of delivery they texted me when they were about five minutes away. They practiced social distancing and quickly set to work. They were careful and deliberate in the removal of the old unit and installation of the new one. The whole operation took about half an hour.

They did a good job with the installation. Showed up on time.

The installation team of two were prompt, efficient and they did my over-the-range microwave installation very quickly. They were nice and even gave me a quick tour of my microwave features. I got a courtesy call 15 minutes before they arrived and they got here just in time as scheduled. This was the best service of this type that I've ever had and can highly recommend using Best Buy's installation service.

The tech from AIS who installed my microwave did a fantastic job. He was quick with installation and installed the vent even though it wasn't included. He also hauled away my old microwave before i asked and included the haul away service. He went above and beyond with the service and i am grateful for the job well done he has provided. I will recommend to friends/family and will call AIS again if i need help with installation.

I had a Kitchen Aid microwave that finally quit working after a long life, my home warranty provided me with a different brand; that i tried to like, but i missed my Kitchen Aid. After several months I went ahead and ordered a replacement Kitchen Aid microwave, i'm very pleased with the look and operation of new microwave.

Arrived a bit ahead of schedule, quickly removed old microwave and had the new one working in about 15 minutes. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and respectful of property.

We have been very pleased with our LG microwave. I was considering a lower-priced one and am so glad I didn't! It can do so many things I never thought a microwave could do like steaming, softening as well as defrost, and reheating. I also like the clean design an no handle in the front.

Do yourself a favor, let a professional install the microwave. They are heavy to lift, require drilling holds in your cabinetry and awkwardly mounting above a stove. It is not an impossible task but some things should be left to a professional. The installer was quick, professional and cleaned the install site when he finished. For me , it was worth the price to know that it was done right and I wasn't risking injury to myself or damage to my appliances.

The Geek Squad team that came to install a whole kitchen of new appliances was without question the BEST we've ever had from Best Buy. We bought some other hardware from Lowe's and the difference was beyond night and day. From here forward, BB/GS for everything. Cool guys. Elite-level skills. Whatever they're being paid, it should probably be 2x or 3x.

Great job installing our over the range microwave/convection oven. The crew went above and beyond since the work order was for a standard installation when it was actually a new install. No grumbling - they just contacted Best Buy and got everything straightened out. They were very professional, effecient and congenial.

The same crew installed my microwave, stove, and fridge. They also removed the old appliances and relocated my fridge. The process was quick and everything seems to be working fine with the microwave. They had to drill to mount and I appreciate that they vacuumed all of the sawdust to leave a clean work area. If you are buying as a bundle or with other electronics, consider the Total Tech pkg.

The installation went great from start to finish! Installer was on time, called before showing up, removed the old unit and had to redrill new holes. Did quickly and accurately, was very courteous and respectful. Great experience!
