After a month, we are very happy with the performance of this microwave. The light from the display is bright enough that we no longer need a "night light" in the kitchen. Works as promised. Unlike the (almost) identical model it replaced, I no longer could life it onto the wall bracket. The install team was punctual and fast.

The installation team was exceptional! They arrived early in the delivery/installation window, and called ahead. I had several pre-arrival notifications so I knew I was scheduled appropriately. The team were careful and polite, the installation took less than 10 minutes, and the team walked me through the use of the appliance. Easiest delivery/installation I've ever experienced.

Installation was great - company contracted communicated well - was on time and quick. I was surprised at how much Best Buy charged for the delivery and install - thought it would be included with the purchase since we have a tech membership and the installation and delivery for our washer and dishwasher was included with purchase. Cost to deliver and install this microwave was almost as much as the microwave itself.

Installation was excellent. My issue was i understood delivery was included in the cost of installation, but the delivery charge was added. Had i known, i would have picked it up when i was at the store

Kai and Narayan installed our microwave. They did an excellent job, followed safety protocols, and were knowledgeable on the installation of the product. They brought the proper tools and had the microwave installed in no time. I also liked that they cleaned up and vacuumed after they were done.

Installer was very good at his job. He made it look so easy. They were in and out, but at the same time done a very good job.

Quiet, love the remote, easy to operate, space saver, strong air output.

The crew that installed my microwave were efficient and courteous, There we're three guys one was the lead and was basically training the others how to install different microwaves. I was originally given a window for arrival of noon to 8pm. Later it was updated to noon to 3pm. They arrived just after noon and were perfectly completed in less than a half hour. Thanks

Ok this is the second time I have been asked to review and the second time I am reviewing. The two men were professional, personable and efficient. They tested the product to make sure everything was working and knew what they were doing, took a fraction of the time I anticipated.

When I was ordering the microwave I thought about installing it myself. Then I thought about how was I going to hold it up while inserting the bolts so I ordered the installation. Glad I did. I briefly watched them do the installation. It was a 2 person job. They were quick and professional. They had all the necessary tools and demonstrated they had experience in installations.

Best install ever. Arrived earlier and professional installed the over the range microwave cleaned up showed me how to use the microwave very professional gentleman.

The installer did a great job. The screws that came with the microwave were the wrong size but instead of saying he couldn’t install it he took the extra time to find the right screws to complete the job. I really appreciated the extra effort

My installer from Best Buy was great! The first installers came and left in 5 mins saying the electric wasn't working but the electrician said they didn't even bother to flip the switch in the fuse box. The second installer came alone and he was great! He single-handedly installed the microwave and even though we dislike the microwave, his rating is excellent!
