Bought an over the range microwave. Installers brought it in and then measured the place where it goes in. Unfortunately the door was opening outside and that takes more width and it would not fit. So they took it back. I ordered another one and they brought the second one and installed it cleanly and explained about how to use it. I am very happy.

The guys did a great job. They were quick, professional, courteous. They laid down mats before working and cleaned up before they left

Had an over the oven microwave installed. I was able to choose my time slot online. I received reminders of my appointment. The day before the installer phoned with a time. He called when he was on the way & arrived with another Geek Squad member on time. Gregg and his helper were very professional and courteous. They were able to resolve a slight problem with the installation area quickly and with no complaints. They also cleaned up! Very happy with the installation

The installer did a great job. The screws that came with the microwave were the wrong size but instead of saying he couldn’t install it he took the extra time to find the right screws to complete the job. I really appreciated the extra effort

I ordered a G.E. Microwave on line for over the counter. Also ordered the professional installation of said Unit. All went very smoothly. I want to say a little about the installation. The installer showed up on time wearing gloves and mask. I believe his name was Anthony, and he impressed me with how he took out the old unit and in how easily he put in the new unit. 5 Stars to Anthony.

Although it was a relatively simple installation, the gentlemen treated it with the utmost care. They were prompt, neat and courteous. They installed the microwave quickly and took the old hood and microwave.

The actual installation of the replacement microwave was great. The issue was the 3 weeks wait and the 5 phone calls to the Geek Squad to get the service scheduled. The process was confusing and even though most of the call center staff was very nice, it was frustrating to have to request the replacement three times before it was resolved. Glad we have total tech support.

The installer arrived on time. Due to the fact that it was replacing a similar oven the installation went lighting fast. Completed in less then 30 minutes!

Kai and Narayan installed our microwave. They did an excellent job, followed safety protocols, and were knowledgeable on the installation of the product. They brought the proper tools and had the microwave installed in no time. I also liked that they cleaned up and vacuumed after they were done.

After a month, we are very happy with the performance of this microwave. The light from the display is bright enough that we no longer need a "night light" in the kitchen. Works as promised. Unlike the (almost) identical model it replaced, I no longer could life it onto the wall bracket. The install team was punctual and fast.

The installation went great from start to finish! Installer was on time, called before showing up, removed the old unit and had to redrill new holes. Did quickly and accurately, was very courteous and respectful. Great experience!
