    The install was a nightmare. We had to schedule 3 times in order to get the work done. It was very frustrating and disappointing that the company would schedule and not show up.

    Over Range Microwave not installed properly

    I am thoroughly disgusted and frustrated about the installation of my LG Over the Range microwave. Initial installation was not level and door would not stay open. Reluctantly they came back when I insisted they do it properly. Unfortunately they sent the same incompetent installers. They took it down, reinstalled but no difference. They left quickly before I could check it. Calls to Customer Service is a joke. Since they have been out twice they refuse to send them again. They do not care that it is still not installed properly. The result: right now door does not stay open, it is not level front to back or side to side (proven with a level) and screws in cabinet (where they drilled several holes) and crooked indicating probably not holding it properly. I expect the correct installation I paid for or a reimbursement what I paid for the installation and I will hire a competent company. Am looking into escalating to Corporate. I have pictures to prove my issue.

    My microwave has not been installed yet. I’m trying to get a date for it but no one has contacted Me to set a date for the inhalation. Can you have someone call me to set date and time for the inhalation please?

    Incorrect installation, rude installer

    The installer from Best Yet Installations, Matt, did not know what he was doing and did the job incorrectly two times. Despite my saying this is still not placed correctly, he refused to listen and left. I had to call Best Buy again to get another installer to come to place it correctly for the door to not hit the refrigerator next to it.

    My second major appliance purchase from Best Buy in 12 months and this one is going just like the first. Installers didn't show up. Called after they missed appointment to say they are in another town and don't have my appliance on the truck. They will have to call me later. Never heard back. Never showed. EXACTLY the same as my first purchase of a refrigerator that took three delivery attempts and then the fridge was broken. Had to wait another week for a replacement and installers showed up 5 hours late at 9 pm at night.

    They refused to install my microwave, claiming that they might damage my quartz backsplash. They walked out. i found a handyman a few days later and he installed it with no problems.

    Tech never showed up.

    If I could give a zero I would. Installation was scheduled between 9am and 1pm. Tech never showed. We called multiple times and received multiple answers (still on job prior to ours, then no information available). Never received a call from Best Buy or the Tech. Ended up cancelling the order.

    I was supposed to have this M/W installed today between 9 am & 1 pm Here it is 3:50 pm & no one called or showed up to install this M/W. Just got a call, they are coming tomorrow between 12 & 2 pm. I'm not holding my breath.

    Improper Installation of Microwave. Technician Forgot to install the Wall Adapter and due to that can see dust scattered around stove. Need to call many times for re-installation, but yet no confirmed schedule
