Ryan was great! Very helpful & on time. Our old Microwave was installed wrong so we had to re-do the shelf height. Ryan gave my husband good ideas of what to do. We had to reschedule the installation of new one. Ryan was on time & installed new microwave with no problems at second visit. Removed old microwave & hauled away. Very happy! Everything went well.

Great product slimline microwave sleek and efficient

We paid for the installation of our new microwave into the space where the previous one was. The installers were a little late but called ahead to let us know. They came in and told us what they were going to do and how long it would take. Polite and efficient, they were finished in the time frame they gave and the new unit looks great. Well worth the money we paid for the installation.

I didn't know what to expect, but the installer was very knowledgable. He had no trouble removing the old microwave and getting the new one installed. Each version of the appliance would require a different fitting - but no problem at all.

The installers were great, even installed the dishwater the salesman left off the original ticket! Very fast 7 clean work!!

I would whole heartedly recommend the installation team to anyone. They did an absolutely incredible job of the installation. Their professionalism was outstanding and they represent BestBuy in the best way. They were awesome!

Installers arrived on time. Installation was done quickly. They cleaned up the space before they left. Could pay more attention to where to drill holes. Unnecessary holes were drilled on the cabinet as the first try was marked incorrectly.

The installers were very professional. They showed up on time and when they finished, they cleaned up their area. They tested the microwave to make sure that it worked properly. They were respectful to speak with and you could tell that they had done this before - they had a system and were done in no time.

Richard was totally prepared for possible issues (the new microwave had to have shims applied), he worked very efficiently, cleaned up as he went along, was on time, very polite, answered my questions while installing the machine and then trained me on how to use the new machine and hauled away my old one. Couldn't ask for more! I give him the highest score!

Although it was a relatively simple installation, the gentlemen treated it with the utmost care. They were prompt, neat and courteous. They installed the microwave quickly and took the old hood and microwave.

We have had many appliances installed over the years and this installation was the most professional company and workers ever to install anything in our home over the many years we have lived here.

Qualified technicians arrived on time and removed the microwave and installed the new microwave without any problems. They cleaned the area and informed me of the features I had and how to use them. Excellent experience.

The two men were fast and knowledgeable, courteous and they cleaned up.
