The installation company was prompt and installed the unit quickly without complication.

Team called prior to arrival to validate the install of microwave. These are sub contractors, so they had to call Best Buy to determine where appliance was. On site professional and courteous. Quickly removed old appliance, installed mounting bracket, tested appliance. I prepped space with pads and covers over things i did not want potentially scratched or damaged. Minor clean up I took care of. Very happy with service.

Best Buy offered us the installation and we were expecting the same that Lowes employeé said: "we will send the technician, and after his/her evaluation, we will contact you and give the final price for installation"... Well, not, it was not what the Best Buy employeé said. He offered the installation, gave us a price, and it was not surprises. I strongly recommend Best Buy for appliances: same price than Lowes, but they do not charge for delivery if you pay installation. And the installation price was very competitive.

What can you say about a microwave? It's attractive, efficient, and quiet. I'm pleased with it.

The installation went great from start to finish! Installer was on time, called before showing up, removed the old unit and had to redrill new holes. Did quickly and accurately, was very courteous and respectful. Great experience!

Our Over-The-Range microwave installation was included in our tech support membership. We were assigned an installer that I'd never heard of so I researched the company's reviews. Was somewhat hit-or-miss. But the guy that showed up was FANTASTIC! A true professional who was in and out in less than a half hour and his work was flawless!!

We have had many appliances installed over the years and this installation was the most professional company and workers ever to install anything in our home over the many years we have lived here.

Cathy handled the exchanged with ease on my part (was a bit nervous on doing this) Don delivered the 1st one An was friendly An knowledgeable. I didn't know what to expect, but the installer was very knowledgable. He had no trouble removing the old microwave and getting the new one installed. Each version of the appliance would require a different fitting - but no problem at all.
