The installation was quick and efficient. The technician ensured the microwave was securely mounted and properly aligned, making sure it was safely connected to the power supply. He also made sure everything was level and tested the microwave to ensure it was working perfectly. I appreciated that he cleaned up afterward, leaving the area tidy and without any mess.

This microwave is fantastic. Not only does it work well, it's quiet too.

Best install ever. Arrived earlier and professional installed the over the range microwave cleaned up showed me how to use the microwave very professional gentleman.

The man who came to complete the installation was awesome. He completed the ob correctly, professionally and in a timely manner. He cleaned up after himself and even boxed up my old microwave. I am very happy with my microwave, and it works perfectly. Not to many bells and whistles, which is fine. I use it to defrost, heat frozen foods and reheat leftovers, and it works fine for those things.

The guys showed up on time to deliver and did the installation very efficiently within a few minutes that included testing out the new microwave before leaving. Only other observation was that the cleanup after installation could have been a little better but overall they did a very good job.

After the first microwave was dented & installed incorrectly, the 2nd pair of guys came with a new microwave, uninstalled the damaged one & correctly installed the new one. Yay! Best Buy quickly made certain that this customer was satisfied with their product & service.

We weren't sure if we wanted to pay for the installation but glad we did. The men were professional, took the old one down, installed the new one, and didnt leave any packaging for us to dispose of! Great experience!

My recent purchase and installation of a GE microwave from Best Buy was one of the best retail transactions of my life and I'm 85 years old. It was smooth from start to finish, from purchase to install, and even to removal of my old microwave.

I recently had an over-the-range microwave installed in my home. The installers worked quickly and efficiently. They were obviously very experienced. They had all the necessary tools. They made a point to wear facial masks which I appreciated. They also made sure to clean up and remove the box and packaging materials. I would certainly trust them with any type of future installation.

The service tech new what he was doing here! He had this in and old one out in a very short time! He was able to get rid of a 3 inch gap that the last installers left with our old microwave. Very pleased with Best Buy installations. This guys is really awesome! Moved my old appliances too. Not one complaint about having to go around the house and in thru back door.

The Geek Squad both times arrived a few minutes early after calling to say they are on the way. No waiting around at our end. Although a second microwave had to be installed, the Squad was polite and professional both times and apologetic the second time for needing to come with a new microwave. They had to remove a 16 year old mounted microwave in a very tight space and to get the new one in and properly centered. We could not be more pleased with the quality of the installation.

Really appreciated the 2 timely, informative and very helpful installers who professionally installed and set up the microwave. They answered all questions and were quick and thorough with testing the device.

Technicians were great. They brought all needed items with them. My old unit was hard wired and this unit needed an outlet. They cut a new outlet in on the spot and cleaned up before the left giving a quick tutorial on how to set up and use. Very clean and professional. Highly recommend.

Our replacement Samsung Over the Range Microwave has been working as expected. The installation was excellent and the overview was more than adequate in helping us figure out the menu selections for set up and operating the microwave.
