Our replacement Samsung Over the Range Microwave has been working as expected. The installation was excellent and the overview was more than adequate in helping us figure out the menu selections for set up and operating the microwave.

So glad I had them do the installation. I believe his name was Alex. He arrived With the microwave and all necessary tools. Completely covered the range below, removed the old micro and carted it away. Installed the new Whirlpool and made sure it worked. When he left everything was spotless. At time of purchase of the new OTR microwave I thought oh I can do that simple install myself but am I ever glad I listened to my wife and order the installation. The crew showed up on time and got the old unit removed and the new one installed in less than an hour. And even the pros had some challenges getting it lined up just right but their experience proved helpful in making it perfect. Money well spent relative to the investment in the new range and OTR microwave.

The technician was knowledgeable, polite and a hard worker. I enjoyed having him in my house doing the installation of my new microwave. Although removing my old microwave (2 years old) was challenging , he didn't give up and was able to complete the task without damaging my new kitchen cabinets. This young man represented your company very well.

I got my LG Microwave over the stove installation service. The installer was quick and efficient. Cleanup all the mess. Super Happy with the install. Checked for level and operations before finishing. Also ask if I had any questions and answered them.

We were notified the day before delivery of our upcoming appointment, and then received a call about 1/2 hour before arrival. The installer was very good, disconnecting our old microwave and hauling it off and installing the new one in its place. He made sure the range underneath didn't get any scraps or scratches by covering it with a heavy duty moving blanket. Overall, this was a very good experience and I am very satisfied with the service!

THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH THE FIRST INSTALLATION, I HAD TO CALL FOR SERVICE. THE MICRO WAS NOT LEVELED AT THE BACK OF THE WALL, CREATING THE DOOR TO MOVE WHEN OPENED, THE INSTALLERS REMOVED THE MICRO AND ADDJUTED THE BACK OF THE WALL WITH A NEW BRACKET MAKING THE MICRO LEVELED AND THE DOOR WHEN OPENED DID NOT SWAY.

Installation team was there on time. They had given an early notice of ~10mins and showed up within the window Once at home, they were quite professional, wearing masks, using a sheet to cover the floor and not soil our carpet/kitchen. It took ~20mins for them to complete the installation, checks and haul away of the old appliance. Overall a very good experience.
