Great Installation service.The person who did the job was very professional.He answered all my questions that I had on the microwave and explained all the functions to me.Best Buy gets an A+ for using this service

They were very polite, careful bringing it through my door so as not to scuff the paint or dent anything. They were very neat, laying a cloth down to catch any dbrinfrom screwing into drywall, cleaned up everything before they left and took all the packing material with them. The microwave is very good. Works just like it should. No problems

My recent purchase and installation of a GE microwave from Best Buy was one of the best retail transactions of my life and I'm 85 years old. It was smooth from start to finish, from purchase to install, and even to removal of my old microwave.

Best Buy offered us the installation and we were expecting the same that Lowes employeé said: "we will send the technician, and after his/her evaluation, we will contact you and give the final price for installation"... Well, not, it was not what the Best Buy employeé said. He offered the installation, gave us a price, and it was not surprises. I strongly recommend Best Buy for appliances: same price than Lowes, but they do not charge for delivery if you pay installation. And the installation price was very competitive.

Our replacement Samsung Over the Range Microwave has been working as expected. The installation was excellent and the overview was more than adequate in helping us figure out the menu selections for set up and operating the microwave.

I had a Kitchen Aid microwave that finally quit working after a long life, my home warranty provided me with a different brand; that i tried to like, but i missed my Kitchen Aid. After several months I went ahead and ordered a replacement Kitchen Aid microwave, i'm very pleased with the look and operation of new microwave.

Great job installing our over the range microwave/convection oven. The crew went above and beyond since the work order was for a standard installation when it was actually a new install. No grumbling - they just contacted Best Buy and got everything straightened out. They were very professional, effecient and congenial.

Excellent installation. Prompt and efficient. Removal and self install possible, but old unit even heavier; requires two strong individuals with some experience. Recommended delivery and install same time frame, but the delivery came approximately 3 hours outside of window, causing the install to have to be rescheduled, so a half a day project required one and a half days time off. However, installer on time both days and overall result good.

Cathy handled the exchanged with ease on my part (was a bit nervous on doing this) Don delivered the 1st one An was friendly An knowledgeable. Within a week or so Brad Hester exchanged the upgraded Microwave He was very helpful An show me all the advantages of this Microwave even wiped it clean when he was done !
