They did an excellent job installing it. I'm very pleased!

I got my LG Microwave over the stove installation service. The installer was quick and efficient. Cleanup all the mess. Super Happy with the install. Checked for level and operations before finishing. Also ask if I had any questions and answered them.

I give it 5 stars if the first unit was unusually noisy. Replacement works well. Nice features.

These guys were great! They called the day before to give us a better idea of when they would arrive to install the appliance. Day of delivery they texted me when they were about five minutes away. They practiced social distancing and quickly set to work. They were careful and deliberate in the removal of the old unit and installation of the new one. The whole operation took about half an hour.

They installed it with no fuss, no muss and did it incredibly quickly.

Excellent product. Space saving design and it runs quieter than our old microwave.

Ryan was great! Very helpful & on time. Our old Microwave was installed wrong so we had to re-do the shelf height. Ryan gave my husband good ideas of what to do. We had to reschedule the installation of new one. Ryan was on time & installed new microwave with no problems at second visit. Removed old microwave & hauled away. Very happy! Everything went well.

The installation team of two were prompt, efficient and they did my over-the-range microwave installation very quickly. They were nice and even gave me a quick tour of my microwave features. I got a courtesy call 15 minutes before they arrived and they got here just in time as scheduled. This was the best service of this type that I've ever had and can highly recommend using Best Buy's installation service.

The installation team was outstanding. They arrived on time, and installed the unit with impressive efficiency. They also made sure that I had all my paperwork in order and to answer my questions.

Much better the second time around. Wasn't worth the aggravation of the first team not doing their jobs right in addition to not showing up when I was informed they would.

Technicians were great. They brought all needed items with them. My old unit was hard wired and this unit needed an outlet. They cut a new outlet in on the spot and cleaned up before the left giving a quick tutorial on how to set up and use. Very clean and professional. Highly recommend.

Install went smooth and easy to fit in the area. Guys were careful, kind and polite, They carefully removed the old one and installed the new one with ease. Called ahead. On time The microwave we selected for its maximum flexibility. Such a look !

Great efficient service. Installed a new dishwasher and microwave.

The same crew installed my microwave, stove, and fridge. They also removed the old appliances and relocated my fridge. The process was quick and everything seems to be working fine with the microwave. They had to drill to mount and I appreciate that they vacuumed all of the sawdust to leave a clean work area. If you are buying as a bundle or with other electronics, consider the Total Tech pkg.

The tech from AIS who installed my microwave did a fantastic job. He was quick with installation and installed the vent even though it wasn't included. He also hauled away my old microwave before i asked and included the haul away service. He went above and beyond with the service and i am grateful for the job well done he has provided. I will recommend to friends/family and will call AIS again if i need help with installation.

Flawless. Only took about ten minutes for one tech to take down our existing over the range microwave and install the new unit. Worth every dollar. We live in a condominium complex and have no way to dispose of used appliances. The service is highly recommended.
